  My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was ok. The rooms could’ve been a lot cleaner, the tables & nightstands weren’t wiped down as they had rings from past cups. The shower wasn’t scrubbed as it had old hair strands. I found a roach in the closet. The WiFi was so weak it wouldn’t even work for the TV. The lobby had a weird smell every time I walked past it heading to my room. No laundry facility. So many issues, don’t recommend and won’t be coming back.

  Pauline and Eric very accommodating. Very clean rooms, and if you wanna enjoy a nice breakfast, this is the place to stay! The one thing I'd say is the TV remote may need reprogramming and wifi is IFFY. but Def 9.5/10 🌟

  From the moment we arrived, everything ran effortlessly check-in was quick, the staff were professional and genuinely friendly, and nothing felt complicated. Breakfast was a real highlight: fresh, filling, and a perfect start to the day. The quiet street location was the cherry on top, because we slept through the night without any outside noise. For the comfort, cleanliness, and service at this price, I’d happily book here again.

  Never been charged an early check in fee, but they charged me one today. 3 out of the last 4 hotels I’ve stayed in have been an IHG hotel and I’ve checked in early at each of them.

  To start, oh my goodness, the smell! Disgusting and so overwhelming! My allergies took a beating and then some! Supposedly it was an accessible room. Not even close. Come in the room and there's a heavy table right in the middle that I had to bulldoze out of the way with my wheelchair. Then it is very small so the closet is on the other side of the bed where I cannot get to! Then the bathroom door swings out into the bed and it was nearly impossible to get it open to where I could get in the bathroom. Don't get me started on trying to close the door... Then the previously accessible sink either leg room; they put s towel rack in that space so you can't even pull under the sink. So then I went to take a shower and the shower head hose is too short to reach all the way in the tub so as soon as you turn it on, it floods the bathroom. What a joke! Oh, and all of the outlets are so old they don't hold a plug in well and it falls out every few minutes. Need to knock this place down and start over!
