  Great location, hotel looks good, staff was friendly and managers were great. I believe in second chances especially when a problem arises and it's addressed and followed up with. The issue was housekeeping. I've been a manager, a business owner and a housekeeper. I have pride in my work. These housekeeper don't and I'm sure the issues will be dealt with. It seems they took shortcuts and thought no one would notice. Well I did. I was given 3 differnt rooms each one had an issue I was not comfortable with. I settled the matter and the managers got right on it. We arrived late and tired. I was told a manager would be in Monday but after pursuing with further questions I was told the weekend manager would be there in the morning. I feel the staff did not communicate or handle things as good as they should of while not under direct supervision. It's the way of the new workforce sad to say. I do not blame those in charge they trusted their employees to do their job & take care of things. People want a job, want to get paid but do the least possible effort. I will give this hotel another chance. Breakfast looked good, the work out rooms and indoor pool did too. Wifi was a bit spotty but my phone was acting up. I got great customer service and a follow up call with a big apology. They heard me out and showed they cared. Worth trying out. Great location!

  Great option for Tallulah Gorge State Park, Helen, GA, and Anna Ruby Falls. So much cheaper than any hotel in Helen Ga.

  My mother had a prepaid accessible room and the hotel gave the room to someone else. Its bad when you pay for a room upfront and the hotel tells you they over sold the room. I will also be reporting them to the better BBB. Second time this has happened in this area.

  Water pressure is too low. That's the only problem I had. Besides that everything was great, besides, when I put do not enter my room sign on and they still enter my room. I do not like that and I disagree or they would have a five-star

  I was with a few colleagues on business in this hotel. First we stayed 4 nights where everything was fine. A week later we came back to this hotel. Already on the second evening I had the feeling that someone had rummaged through my suitcase and looked for something. I ignored it. The next night it was exactly the same. Since I live in hotels and always have a familiar system in my suitcase, I was sure here. When my colleague reported the next morning that something was missing from the suitcase, which he had definitely bought, I was 100% sure that someone in this hotel would search the suitcases. When we reported this to the reception, it gave the impression as if it was nothing new. My third colleague was also sure that someone was on his suitcase, as he had his zipper in a special position when leaving. Later, however, he was in a different position. Then the four of us checked out directly! The hotel said that the manager would report, but only the statement came that nothing could be seen on the surveillance cameras. For me a clear indication that it had to be the cleaners if no one else was in the room! However, no costs were covered or one was well taken care of! I've never had anything like it in a hotel. The indifference of the hotel staff was also frightening. If you care about your privacy, you should definitely avoid this hotel!!
