  Second time staying there promise it won’t be a third time service is mediocre the rooms are absolutely disgusting stay here 2-3-26 the room was full of hair took the entire box of tissue cleaning up hair from beds to the tub towels had hair beds was half made up told girl on 3rd shift she only offer to move me & my mom to a different room we declined after driving from 7am - 9 pm I will never stay here again paying near $200 for rooms that full of hair & half clean trash on floor nasty tissue by ice can there better hotels elsewhere definitely will choose better if I’m in this small town area .

  Great location, hotel looks good, staff was friendly and managers were great. I believe in second chances especially when a problem arises and it's addressed and followed up with. The issue was housekeeping. I've been a manager, a business owner and a housekeeper. I have pride in my work. These housekeeper don't and I'm sure the issues will be dealt with. It seems they took shortcuts and thought no one would notice. Well I did. I was given 3 differnt rooms each one had an issue I was not comfortable with. I settled the matter and the managers got right on it. We arrived late and tired. I was told a manager would be in Monday but after pursuing with further questions I was told the weekend manager would be there in the morning. I feel the staff did not communicate or handle things as good as they should of while not under direct supervision. It's the way of the new workforce sad to say. I do not blame those in charge they trusted their employees to do their job & take care of things. People want a job, want to get paid but do the least possible effort. I will give this hotel another chance. Breakfast looked good, the work out rooms and indoor pool did too. Wifi was a bit spotty but my phone was acting up. I got great customer service and a follow up call with a big apology. They heard me out and showed they cared. Worth trying out. Great location!

  Great option for Tallulah Gorge State Park, Helen, GA, and Anna Ruby Falls. So much cheaper than any hotel in Helen Ga.
