Breakfast was substantial; eggs, pancakes, bread, sausage, biscuits, yogurt, oatmeal, etc., hallways were clean and well lit. The housekeeping staff and the breakfast staff were exceptional! All staff were friendly and helpful. And as a bonus, there is an amazing little Italian restaurant about 2 min away.

I had been traveling with my daughter and was exhausted at 1:00 in the morning. We had two separate reservations one was for myself and the other for her grandparents. I'm not sure why it was necessary to know the ends and outs of my travels, but I will not stay here again. The hotel room had no working ac which I reported to the front desk. When I called to speak with a manager I was told that they would leave a note. I believe it is the managers responsibility to have direct contact with complaints about staff that involve them directly. I was told they do not like to be bothered by phone calls and they get back to them on their time. If I could give this 0 stars I would. I 100% would not recommend staying here. It was a very unpleasant experience.
