The only thing I could complain about is there isn’t any coffee machine in the Room. However, the average all experiences was great! We were very comfortable and relaxed after such a hard travel from North Carolina. Staff was all very professional & attentive during my five day day. Thank you to all staff at Spark Hilton in kingsland Ga

Perhaps the worst night sleep ive ever had at a hilton hotel. The pillows and bed were terrible. The staff kind of complained and wanted $25 for an early check-in. I was an hour early and the hotel was deserted. Even at 5 min til 3 they complained that i was early. They were all lovely besides that. The hotel was good for the money and it was clean.

TL:DR this spark hotel has some wonderfully accommodating employees who are doing a great job transitioning this hotel from a different brand to their own. There may be one or two kinks that they are still working on, but otherwise it has been one of the best budget stays and have experienced. Overall our stay was great! We were traveling back home and wanted to stay overnight somewhere along our long drive, and we booked our stay at spark the same day. We booked two adjoining rooms for our family, two adults and three children. One room had a King size bed and the other had two Queens. Initially when we called in the person who answered the phone stated that they did not have any adjoining rooms available. However, when we told them that we need are diamonds members they looked up are rewards card and arranged our rooms for us. This is pretty typical amongst the Hilton brands that they will try to accommodate their diamond preferred members when possible. Rooms: I did deduct one star for the rooms as in our clean room. The box spring was installed upside down making our mattress sag when anyone laid on it making for the night's sleep on that bed rather uncomfortable. However, I know they are still having some transition to the spark brand from the previous hotel. We let the front desk know on our way out and she said she would get the maintenance people to remedy. Hate this problem right away. Otherwise the other beds and the bedding very comfortable. We had just come from vacation in Florida where we had one and all expense paid trip to a luxury resort and these sheets and the comforter were in my opinion, more comfortable here. The rooms have a bathtub, full size mini fridge, and a microwave which we appreciate as a traveling family as well. Service: We checked in around 9:00 at night as we had traveled most of the day and Grace was very nice and greeted us right away. I told her that I was there to check in both rooms and that the kids dad was going to be there about an hour later with our teenage son. She was very nice and friendly to our small children and offered them snacks and even asked if we wanted anything else such as some drinks. She offered more than just the standard bottles of water and I asked her if she had some chocolate milk available for my 6-year-old as he always once chocolate milk. She could not find any chocolate milk but did fill two cups of regular milk and gave us some hot chocolate packets. Very impressed her above and beyond friendliness and accommodations. There was a different lady at the front desk when we checked out and all we had to do was tell her which rooms we had stayed in and that we wanted to check out and we were on our way home. Location: This location was wonderful for us as it was practically right off the highway yet far enough back that the interstate didn't interfere with our sleep and is about halfway between where we were coming from and where we are going.

Not "Bad" just not good for its class. You could almost hit the Tesla charger with a rock, but there is no walking path, you must cut through the ditches and brush or walk down the roadside. Hampton Inn is better for charger access. Breakfast is less than average (Folgers, good for some, not me). Tub stopped up, sink wouldn't drain, toilet handle falling off- hair in tub, stopper disconnected in sink, handle took two seconds to fix, just shouldn't be a guest fixing it. One wash cloth in a double room 1st night, none the second. This place needs the same thing most fast food places needs: management that actually cares.

I was not expecting much as this location appeared to be a previous La Quinta purchased and rebranded as a Spark/Hilton property. Unfortunately less than I expected. I will say that the front desk associate was helpful. So service was not an issue. Not sure if this hotel just re-opened from a rebrand recently and is still working things out but here is what went wrong. We booked a suite and utilized the digital key. Digital key did not work. After going back to the lobby for keys, we entered the room and struggled to be able to turn on lights. There was only one light in the main room (other than a small light over the mini fridge area) and it was unplugged. The light on the desk was missing. The Microwave and mini fridge were unplugged. The wall light above the left side table in the bedroom had a broken switch and did not work. There is awkwardly only one light switch and it is next to the toilet, not next to either doorway. So you stumble to find the light at night. The worst part was there were 2 AC units for the main room and the bedroom. Both units would cool the room but would not stay on. As soon as the temperature seemed to be reached, it automatically turns off with no fan running. Seems to be an issue with the functionality of the thermostats. It got hot quite often during our sleep. For a night where the hotel appeared to hav only about 10-15 cars in the parking lot and not anywhere near booked, it baffles me as to why they would book a guest with a large dog in the room right next to us. The dog barked quite loudly and disturbed our sleep. If the hotel is more than 70% empty, wouldn’t it make sense to put guests with dogs further away from others? The breakfast that was offered was horrible. This might be a Spark brand offering that just sucks. There was hard boiled eggs, 4 cereals, 2 bagels a few plastic wrapped small muffins, oatmeal packets and a sparse amount of condiments. The coffee station was good. But there is no ice machine in the area. You have to go way down the hall to the only ice machine on property. They do not sell any soda currently because their tall True commercial refrigerator to sell cold drinks appears either broken or not in use as it is sitting unplugged in the corner of their lobby. Upon arriving around 7:30pm we had entertained the thought of using the pool, but the outdoor pool area was dark with no lights. The positives were the low cost, service and convenient location. Thankfully this was a 1 night stay while traveling. If staying for a longer duration, I would look elsewhere in the area for now.
