  Jamie has done everything to ensure that we had such a great time and stay at our location for the 2 months.

  Trying to find the entrance was the hardest part. It's between a BP & Dunkin with no sign. Coffee was empty at 7 am, breakfast eggs (2 left) were barely warm & bacon extremely wet & greasy. Other than that our stay was nice.

  Very impressed with the rooms location and not to mention awesome weekend/holiday breakfast! I thought we would be stuck with basic Hotel food and it was actually fantastic more homely! Also the staff were very friendly other than one hiccups in the beginning trying to get connecting rooms for me and my elderly mother. Other than that I think her name was Marva my housekeeping lady and the other lady I am so mad that I forgot their names when I wanted to do a review on them from this past Thanksgiving weekend. They were with so many places to stay in that one little area I must say I enjoyed that it was pet friendly clean and modern..... really enjoyed my stay! Will be back soon as my brother just moved to this area!

  I was traveling with two kids to see my mother who was in the hospital with a stroke. I booked a room using the Hilton app for Nov 21st. After driving 7 hours we arrived and I was told they were overbooked and I didn’t have a room. I was assured they wouldn’t charge me. There were no available rooms close by and I had to drive another hour. I woke up to a pending charge for $238. I called the hotel and was told it wouldn’t be taken out and would “drop off”. Well that wasn’t true as I checked and noticed it was taken out. Short story it’s now 11 days later and they still haven’t returned my money. I’ve called 5 times starting on the 22nd. Barely received an apology and every answer has somehow blamed me or something else. Was told they would send me points, I received no points. Was told I’d have my money back in 4 to 5 days. No refund. Every person that answers says there’s no manager available and I can call back later. I’m beyond frustrated. I travel often and try to stay with Hilton.
