  This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We booked two rooms 26 days in advance, only to arrive at 11 PM and be told they didn’t have our rooms available. The explanation was that basketball teams had been staying there and rooms were being shuffled due to damage, which is completely unacceptable for a confirmed reservation. It only got worse from there. We were first taken to a room that was already occupied, and then to another that hadn’t even been cleaned. The staff said they might be able to clean one room, but we needed two rooms on the same floor since we were traveling with small children. At that point, it was clear they were unprepared and disorganized. The staff were unprofessional and showed little urgency or concern, acting like the situation was out of their control and not their responsibility. They even tried waking up a cleaning staff member late at night, who was understandably upset, which just added to the chaos. The lobby felt more like a party than a hotel—loud, crowded, and completely unmanaged. Overall, the lack of organization, poor communication, and indifference from staff made this an unacceptable experience. We ultimately had to find accommodations elsewhere. I would not recommend staying here.

  We will definitely come back to this hotel!! Everything was fresh & clean. Very attentive crew that takes great pride in hosting guests at their hotel. Very good breakfast, too!

  This hotel is great, definitely up to par with the other Holiday Inn Expresses I've stayed at. Rooms are nice and clean, service from everyone I've interacted with across multiple stays has been fantastic. Breakfast is good and well maintained. The location just off I75 is great as well.

  Easy to get into and Clean. Nova was Awesome at check in !! Rooms are super clean and the refrigerator (with freezer) even worked. Breakfast was the usual Holiday Inn if you stay at them regularly. Sorry I didn't get her name but the Attendant was WONDERFUL!!! Again everything was clean and plentiful! Everyone was So friendly. We stayed on 3 and it was very quiet. We've traveled from Pa. Down to Florida and back up and always try to stay with Holiday Inn and this one was one of the best!!

  Great place to stop overnight on our way back from Florida. I think the hotel has been recently renovated, our room was spotless and bed was very comfortable. The tub was so clean, I actually felt comfortable giving our infant a bath in it and I’m a bit of a germaphobe. We stayed in a King room and there was enough space for a Pack & Play for our baby to sleep. Breakfast was hot and surprisingly good for hotel fare! Staff was very friendly - I don’t remember names but the PM desk worker on Sat 3/14 and the breakfast attendant on Sun 3/15 were both very kind. Highway noise is a bit loud but that’s to be expected when you’re right off the interstate!
