  The actual location is 500 feet further up the road than Google Maps indicates. There is a small, unlit sign pointing to the new Candlewood Suites at the back of the "Hotel Row". The room was clean, and I had a great view of the parking lot and my vehicle (this was a plus). The manager, Veronica was a delight! She recommended great places to eat in the "new" Marietta, and was super helpful while I visited.

  Hidden back behind 2 sketch hotels. Right by the busy highway so if you're thinking of sleeping in, forget about it. Pretty sure it was a crappy hotel that they're redone to try and make look fancy. Floors are thin. Literally woken up at 7am because the kid in the room above me was doing gymnastics. Walking thru the halls, I could hear the people walking upstairs. I will say the rooms are very nice. Kitchette is amazing, if I were staying long term, that would be a bonus but I wouldn't stay here ever again. I have 4 kids at home and was really looking forward to getting quiet sleep. In a hotel that's built as a high end hotel, I'd never had been woken up like that. It was a bummer.

  I have stayed at many IHG hotels in the past year and this is the worst one. Here are the following issues positive and negative I hav encountered during my 10 days. 1) I booked this property for a baseball tournament I had attended. The location was central located e m rich was a plus. 2 The cleanliness of the room was below standards. I had spoken to staff several times and nothing was done. When I came back from a long hot day I had noticed my room was serviced after 8 days. The results were below standards. The carpet as still dirty and the kitchen counter was still dirty and our sheets and beds were not serviced. 3) The wifi/ internet was terrible. I had brought this problem up to staff and I was told they were working on the problem. I was working remotely and most of my work was done at another food establishment to benefit better internet/ WiFi. 4) Several of the washer and dryers were INOP. I had to go another location to wash my clothes several times. I picked this location based on the amenities and was disappointed. 5) Overall my experience was terrible.
