I really appreciated Shar's customer service, especially at that hour after traveling 7+hours. Shar wAs very gracious and helpful. The hotel room was great, curtains wouldn't close the whole way and the front sliding door was in need of repair. Overall great experience with my dog!

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, particularly with letting us check in early, which was much appreciated after a long night of traveling. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with a lot of amenities very close by, as well as quick access to highways to take you to north Georgia or down to Atlanta. The rooms are nothing special, but ours was clean and the daily upkeep was appreciated. Only negative I would say is that the hallways are very loud at night with slamming doors/people coming and going. Overall it was a really good stay and we will definitely stay again if we’re back in the area. Thank you, staff, for being so kind to us!

- IIIsabellaNov 8, 20252.07 night stay. Musty rooms, old ACs that smell like someone pissed in them. Breakfast was some of the worst and laziest I've seen at hotels (I've been to a lot). It consisted of liquid eggs dried to hell in a warmer. Biscuit gravy with saran wrapped biscuits, no way to warm them. Breads and pastries were stale, juice machine broke after my first night there and no one fixed it (just like their front door that you have to pry open). Coffee was almost always out. I had to ask 3+ times for some coffee to be brewed. There were a lot of inconsistencies.
- RCRich COct 26, 20252.03 night stay. The sliding front door of the hotel was not operational. You had to slide the heavy doors open and close by hand. Not ADA friendly. A leak in the ceiling of the hallway on the first floor (photo) had a bucket on the floor to catch the dripping water. After settling into our first room, we found that the ceiling in our bathroom was also leaking badly. The floor was deep in water. We had to move to another room. That room was dry but had ceiling and wall repairs from previous leaks. The door frame was rusty. Moldy smell in the room too. We would never stay here again.
