The staff took care of all the problems, moved a few people to different rooms. Problems solved. When the reputation of Holiday Inn is solid, you expect solid solutions. They didn't disappoint. Breakfast staff was under staffed and many people had to wait for food. Not a bad experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
