My family and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, despite the busy atmosphere due to a wedding block. Yvette and Peter were incredibly helpful, ensuring our experience was smooth and enjoyable. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the breakfast offered a great variety that we all loved. Overall, it was an amazing stay that exceeded our expectations.

BED BUGS! After driving 7 hours to meet family and friends for a wedding the next day, we checked in and unpacked our bags. Sat on one of the two beds to find something to watch on TV. I first felt something on my leg then, turned to my pillow and saw a bug. Started checking both beds and found live, crawling bed bugs. To be clear, there were multiple bugs alive in both beds. Told the front desk and was offered to switch rooms. The desk attendant had no reaction. It was like it was already known or expected. We packed our bags immediately which was the last thing we wanted to do at 9 pm. Drove to a nearby parking lot and used the internet to find another hotel. The Best Western has since emailed saying they searched the room and didn't find any bugs. Since the hotel denies the bugs exist, I feel everyone needs to know what kind of gross hotel this is. They probably rented the room out again. Just a horrible experience.

It was great! Clean, quiet, good breakfast. This was a great choice, great stay and experience. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby .
