This hotel was great the rooms were clean until I went to breakfast and some guy was carrying his so-called service dog that probably was certified by somebody on the internet over the food at breakfast time they put plexiglass between your face and the food but he can hover the dog underneath the plexiglass over the food. I talked to the people at the front counter and they said they had to allow this.it's the law. I can't believe any Georgia law would allow a dog to be hovered to get over the food whether a service dog or a regular dog are any kind of animal or human for that matter but I guess Holiday Inn is also going to the dogs.WHAT ABOUT PEOPLE THAT ARE ALLERGIC TO DOGS?
- CSColleen SOct 23, 20255.0We stayed here during Octoberfest (Oct 20 - 24) for 3 nights with a group on a bus tour. Hotel manager greeted our group and told us about the area. The hotel is conveniently located on the main road, a short 10 min walk to downtown. The hotel lobby and rooms appeared clean and well maintained.l and the breakfast was usually well stocked with both cold and several hot options, including make your own pancakes. The hotel had some nice "extras" like a nightlight, bath mat, and Dove products in the bathroom, a remote control for the heat/air, & two tv's in the room so you can watch from the couch or the bed, there is a nice small exercise room, a good size indoor heated pool, and a nice fire pit with seating area out front. Overall, I would highly recommend this for families, couples or groups and would stay again if in the area.
