  The location is great. As for the room I really hoped they cleaned the bed. My bed smelled like urine. It was late and the hotel was booked. I called down the first time no answer, walked down and to get new set sheets and mattress cover. Called down to ask for a new comforter only to be told I will need to come down to get it. Thought that would fix the problem, nope I smelled like it in the morning. Checked out and did not stay a second night. The manager offered another room and apologized, but I was too disgusted to stay.

  This was one of the top 2 worst hotels I’ve stayed in. We’re actually checking out early after only one night and going somewhere else. Mattress smelled like urine, the front desk was not helpful at all and the elevator inspection is overdue. So gross I won’t even eat the breakfast because I’m not sure what the kitchen looks like.

  Clean. Comfy bed. Cool balcony. Nice view. Nice staff. Walking distance to everything. Pretty good breakfast.

  My Bride and I reserved 2 king rooms with the clerk at this Holiday Inn Express for the month of March for 2 nights and the clerk made a human Era and reserved them in February. We in discovering this the day before the wrong dates in February tried to appeal to get the mistake corrected . My Son and his Fiance has taken time off for March so we will go somewhere else together as family while the Holidays Express and Suites refuse to correct the Era without almost 900.00 more so they yes , had availablility . I pray that the other Holiday Inn Express and Suites have different Hotel Policies because we feel seriously taken advantage of and the fact that they weren't willing to correct the accident their employee made speaks volumes at the least at the location in Helen Georgia . I'd recommend that anyone headed that way be very cautious . May all reading this review have a Blessed Night and be Safe in JESUS HOLY NAME AMEN 🙏

  The rooms at this location we're clean and well maintained. It's very disappointing as a platinum member that I frequently do not get an upgraded room. This location was not busy when I booked the room, I was told I was going to get an upgrade and yet I did not.
