  I’ve been a guest several times in this hotel in the past year. I’ve always been greeted with friendly hospitality from check in with Destiny to the bar/restaurant with Dani. The cocktails are the Best along with her friendly service. The food never misses either. From the breakfast to the bar the food is exceptional!

  I love this place! The housekeeping and the staff is very nice. The food at the bar is great so you don't really have to leave the hotel. Rooms are clean. And the view of the airport was very entertaining, loved watching the planes take off

  My name is Telesha, I’ve been here for a while and I must say my time here has been pleasant because of a few key things. Of course the rooms are comfortable And clean. But it’s the staff that brings the place A home away from home. The lovely ladies ( Fatima, Oliva, Lorrnia, Veronica) give you a 5 star service. They truly go above and beyond. As well as Stephanie and Karawan at the front desk always greeting you with a warm smile and friendly attitude! The GM is Top Tier. I would recommend this place Every time.

  I've been coming to this hotel for years. Up until tonight it's literally been my favorite IHG hotel across the entire country. The night staff is always unbelievably amazing at their jobs and one of the few things I can always depend on with IHG. But here I am, it's 3:45am and I'm still in line (been in line for 2 hours, still have 20 people ahead of me) because you guys accepted Delta airlines cancelation and allowed an entire flight to book hotel rooms here despite only having one person on staff. Explain to me how this is fair for people who booked ahead of time? As a Diamond Elite member who booked my reservations in advance, spends 20k+ a year on hotels with you guys and it'll be 5am in the morning when I finally get a room. Nevermind that I've been up and traveling since 9am yesterday. You can't leave one person working all by themselves and allow an airline to book their entire plane and expect your normal customers to just be ok with standing in line for 4 hours. Please be serious. You can look up how many times I've stayed here as well. I'm here for a week at least once a month but this is most definitely a deal breaker. I'll have to start looking elsewhere because I can't trust that I won't have to spend an entire evening of standing just to get the room I booked in advance. Wildly unprofessional by IHG and Staybridge.

  I almost never write bad reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. My family has been loyal IHG members for over 12 years, and we’ve used points reservations like this many times without issue. Initially, the hotel canceled our reservation because they would not honor our points. But my mom called back and rebooked it, adding my dad as a secondary guest. The person on the phone assured her it would be fine at check-in. After 15 hours of driving, we arrived only to be told they were going back on that and would not honor the points unless my mom was physically present. This hotel refused to honor our points reservation because the primary cardholder (my mom) was not physically present—even though she was on the phone, the points were valid, and both of my parents are long-time IHG cardholders. We were told we’d have to pay nearly $200 or cancel. After an all-day road trip, being forced to cancel our stay due to a sudden, inflexible policy was incredibly disappointing. Policies may change, but this lack of discretion and customer service toward loyal members is unacceptable. There is also a clear lack of adherence to universal IHG standards.
