    Suite was clean, nicely lit and spacious. It served our needs perfectly. The climate control was difficult to control and it would be hot in one area while freezing in the other. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the hotel is somewhat sketchy but there was a police officer stationed in the parking lot at night and the building security at night gave piece of mind.

    Kee at the front desk was absolutely a gem! I couldn’t have asked for a better check in, and in the middle of a storm. She is really why I wrote the review because she deserves some recognition for her outstanding customer service. The room was clean & everything was newly renovated. Breakfast was full of options for food and drink. Coffee was available all day on demand. Laundry facility was included. Gym was new. Only two things I would even mention was hotel parking while they wrap up the renovation was not ideal but very manageable and our room was very warm (but other than adjusting the thermostat myself I didn’t seek help from staff so it clearly wasn’t that big a deal). Overall it was a great 2 day stay for sports!

    Stayed at Staybridge IHG ATL airport, has an upscale feel without the upscale price. Love the bar, bartender was friendly and courteous ( can’t remember name, my stay was on 2/6-2/7). But I have to shout out to MeMe at the front reception desk, great smile and friendly!
