Our flight was canceled so we bought what we thought was a better hotel over the hotels offered by Delta. We were wrong, and the service was awful when we tried to tell a front desk employee about the problem.

The property itself is top notch, but Ms. Kelli and Mr. Romon and their customer service are what sets this Hilton apart. Despite being seasoned travelers we had some parking and shuttle issues UNTIL Kelli and Romon stepped in. We are so grateful for their assistance and the difference they made. We felt like Diamond-encrusted Platinum guests : ) We will be staying at the ATL Hilton for all future stays when flying.
- MFM FNov 6, 20253.0Great location, decent service. Rooms are a bit spartan, but the glass shower is a nice upgrade. None of the niceties of some hotels like a notepad, pen, or soap by the sink. Nice that they set out coffee in the early morning, and great hotel bar and restaurant.
