    Had some bumps here. I expected better. The website stated on site parking, but didn't say there was a LARGE charge. ($32 per night) Parking lot gate wouldn't open and there was a line of 7 vehicles to get out. Called 3 times, kept telling us that security was coming. Never came. It was a mess.

    Nothing beats a late night trip to the Hilton! After a quite tumultuous travel experience, I was ready to kick my feet up at this establishment. After I visited the nice fellow at the food stand, I went up to my room to enjoy my treats. As I ate my cheese platter and giant cookie in bed, I felt as if I was unstoppable. After a viewing of jumanji, I slept as though I was lying on a cloud. my sheets were made of silk, even the princess with the pea would be of utmost content here. After awaking, I was treated to a breakfast. That said, my experience fell rather short. The fruit tasted of mush, and the cereal wasn’t much better. Nay, I’ve eaten baby food better than this! They only had one server, but she was satisfactory. All in all, I felt like royalty. However, if you do with to visit, please, skip the fruit.

    I recently stayed for two nights and like previous stays I struggled with maintaining the temperature of the room. I would set the thermostat down to a cool sleeping temperature with the fan on high. I would wake a couple hours later to find the thermostat reset itself to 70 degrees and automatic fan. If you prefer a constant temperature environment for sleeping I recommend finding another establishment. The corporate central control over thermostat settings is not conducive to customer comfort.

    Corrick was exceptional when my room was not too my satisfaction he was able to fix the situation very quickly and very professionally. He made my stay so much better as a frequent traveler who is In hotels, more than my own bed, this really does matter to me thank you again for the kindness that this individual had they really deserve a raise or at least recognition

    This was my second stay at the Hilton Atlanta Airport, and unfortunately it confirmed that the shuttle and guest service issues I experienced before were not isolated incidents. During my first stay, the airport shuttle was over an hour late. While inconvenient, the rest of the stay was fine, so I gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was a one-time problem. On my most recent stay, the same issue occurred—only worse. I arrived at the airport at 8:40 PM and was at the hotel shuttle pickup area by 8:57 PM. According to the hotel’s information and app, the shuttle runs at :15 and :45. I remained at the pickup location the entire time along with several other guests, yet no shuttle arrived at 9:15, 9:45, or 10:15 PM. The shuttle finally arrived at 10:21 PM, resulting in nearly a 1.5-hour wait. During this time, there was no way to reach the hotel, and no updates or communication were provided. After check-in, I asked to speak with a manager about the situation. I was told no manager was on duty and that a supervisor would address my concern. I calmly and respectfully explained the situation and timeline. The supervisor repeatedly asked how I eventually arrived at the hotel, which gave the impression that because I did arrive, the shuttle was only a few minutes late. This line of questioning completely disregarded the fact that three scheduled shuttle times were missed. Rather than acknowledging the delay, she became defensive, implied that we somehow missed all the shuttle runs, and dismissed the situation as “no big deal.” When I continued to calmly restate the facts, she said she “couldn’t talk to me like this,” which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I rarely leave negative reviews and have been a loyal Hilton guest for many years, but this was one of the poorest guest service experiences I’ve had with the Hilton brand. An airport hotel should provide reliable transportation and professional, respectful customer service. I would not recommend this property to travelers base on my encounter.
