    The room isn’t bad but wifi looks great but has little to no connectivity. My room also had zero control over the temperature. I would set it and it would auto back to another temperature much warmer. Every night and day I was there it did this. Theory maintenance had no idea why. 👎🏻

    The room was nice and staff were very kind. There were two small cockroaches in the room though, leading to the 3 star review. It’s very close to the airport and Delta’s headquarters.

    Car was broken into while staying here and the hotel did not even call to let us know this occurred. We pulled in from the airport and two windows were busted out, this happened to four other vehicles the same night. The staff was far from helpful and offered no assistance/support. I would strongly advise staying elsewhere as it’s quite frank they care less about customer service/solutions and seemed inconvenienced at the fact we were upset our car was destroyed while being held at their facility. Their scapegoat in this is the liability waiver you sign saying they aren’t responsible, however, they charge you on the same platform you pay for your room on, they could’ve offered reimbursement for us. And they didn’t. Not even sure if the manager gave me his real name (Eddie) as none of the staff had name tags on like most Hilton employees should on site/clocked in. The point is, I’ve stayed at the hilton chains for years. I’ve spent entirely too much money traveling for business being loyal to this chain, even have worked at a Hilton in college… they should’ve called us and let us know what happened. No call to let us know what happened, they had no paperwork of ours that we signed when we showed up (lost it) and sent us away with no help to wait in their parking lot for a tow truck for around two hours. They offered nothing, absolutely nothing, and we did not even get an apology from the manager about this ordeal occurring in general.

    Everyone is extremely helpful and nice. Any question I had was quickly handled. Im especially grateful to the shuttle bus driver who immediately took me to the correct Embassy Suites! The A/C works well and rooms are clean.

    We had to stay here after a flight delay. We arrived and were met with April at the front desk. She was so welcoming and friendly. We had a bad day traveling and she made me feel better. She Has a great personality for customer service. The rooms were very nice and very clean. The hotel too. Unfortunately we had an early flight and had to miss breakfast . Wish they started it earlier. Rooms & service were excellent. Happy hour was great! They offered us complimentary drinks. The bartender wasn’t very friendly. He seemed annoyed and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Everyone else were great!! Shivan at check out was great too!! Highly recommend this hotel!
