We had a bad day traveling and she made me feel better. She Has a great personality for customer service. The rooms were very nice and very clean. The hotel too. Unfortunately we had an early flight and had to miss breakfast . Wish they started it earlier. Rooms & service were excellent. Happy hour was great! They offered us complimentary drinks. The bartender wasn’t very friendly. He seemed annoyed and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Everyone else were great!! Shivan at check out was great too!! Highly recommend this hotel!

Impressively, the manager was working the check-in desk, telling me he gave his regular staffers the holiday off. Hats off to you, Sir! The rooms were probably the best we've seen from the Embassy Suites brand, from all across the country. Spacious, well-thougut out, and very modern. The nightly reception was also the best we've seen, with a snack spread that put many other ES properties to shame (yes, sadly we've gotten used to goldfish and celery...) and a attentive bartender that took great care of the patrons. Breakfast was excellent, as well. Quick drive downtown the next morning for the aquarium, too. Definitely will look to stay here again next time we visit Atlanta.
- NNNyemaNov 24, 20255.0I don't think I have ever had a better stay at a hotel. Upon arrival the ADA Suite was oversold however the issue was resolved immediately by Mikey! The room for Friday was spacious enough and was still able to accommodate my wheelchair. They switched my room quickly Saturday and my stay continued on amazingly. Breakfast was presented with lots of hot & cold options and a very clean dining facility. I wish I had everyone's name specifically lol but Mikey, Jacqueline, Eddie, the young lady with the bun from the front desk who handled my room change, Oniel from the bar Saturday night, Yolanda and Leb from breakfast, and the gentleman with the locs who assisted with check in and room change were so sweet. Every person greeted me with a smile and a welcoming personality. I would recommend the property to anyone coming to the area. My guests who were visiting me raved about the rooms and the property and will also be recommending this property. Thank you for a beautiful stay.
