The lobby was filled (20+) with exhausted travelers who had their flights cancelled and were now standing in yet another line to find hope....This woman was a saint. It was Saturday night after 11 pm on Nov 8th, 2025. Worst traveling day most of us have ever had... this kind woman at the front desk was incredibly supportive. She was all by herself. I never saw another employee that night. I hope her employers know her value.

The staff were more like a resort crew, smiles and friendly greetings from all. Both front desk people treated you like family. The room was so clean it reminded me off home immediately, and the troubles of the day were gone. Will stay here again!
