    The worst hotel ever, we found a roach in our room, it's in a very bad location, and it feels super unsafe. Plus the hotel is under construction, and they don't have a very safe place to park your car.

    Night Service lady at the front desk was so nice, gave us a list of restaurants choices in case we’re hungry. Morning service guy was also nice, we forgot to pack toothpaste but the gentleman gave us some free toothpaste, made our day! We came during a time of renovation but it was still a great experience. Room was clean and updated nicely. Price of the room is very affordable especially we stop by late night after hours. Would definitely come back if I’m ever around.

    Be very careful with this hotel. I stayed for two nights using reward points, and three days after checkout I discovered an unexpected $80 charge that was neither incidental nor parking. When I called, the front desk agent admitted the charge was a mistake and processed a refund. The troubling part is that this error would have gone unnoticed had I not carefully reviewed my account. It raises the question of whether the hotel routinely posts erroneous charges and expects guests to catch and dispute them on their own. This kind of billing practice undermines trust and reflects poorly on the hotel’s management and internal controls.
