Every single staff member that we came across, from the front desk to the waitresses to the house keepers had a smile on their face and were so welcoming. Special shout out out to Doris, Fran and Tamika. Excited to see you all again next year!

Customer service is over the top - with Tammy (daytime) and Allan (night-time) on the front desk, Marcia, Doris and Fran taking care of everone and the awesome chef serving the yummiest buffet breakfast in the morning, and Shelly and Javonna at night serving, up good ole southern hospitality along with George the night-chef in the restaurant / bar at night, you can't beat a place with something for everyone! (My grand-daughter and daughter also love the indoor pool!!) Great job Chesea Davis for having such a great crew!!!!
- KHKristen HicksMar 25, 20265.0Traveling with Alpha-Gal can definitely be a bit of a mental load. I went down to breakfast towards the tail end of the available times, during our stay. Two of the gentlemen in the kitchen, Terrance McNeil and Jamon Crawford were absolutely amazing! T had absolutely no problems grabbing multiple boxes and jugs, and toting them over, just so that I could read through the ingredients lists. J and I had a great conversation, where he'd heard of AGS, but didn't realize just how deep the rabbit hole, or tick bite can go. Through T's actions and kindness, he made it simple for me to feel comfortable with my selections. The 2 of these fellas were outstanding, and I appreciated their compassion for my situation! Many, many thanks!!❤️
