- JLJ LL5 days ago5.0I am a very frequent traveler and I must say the best scenario is to have good staff, warm welcome, clean hotel, clean environment, good value, great location and easy access with a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. This place has it! Solid and very attention to detail in many areas where a frequent traveler can be sure of that home away from home temporary stay. I must commend the team Christian, good management great leadership front desk who I encountered, Tobias, Inese ( she is the truth) She took the time to ensure everything was going to get processed, checked me in and after the fact made sure I had my " green points" Kudos to Inese, thank you to Adriana, Jamie and a special thank you to the room " inspector" Destiny who graciously made an effort to ensure my room was ready up to standards. This place has a standard they uphold it and really I would like to say the best scenario is to have those things that allow a traveler to be and feel comfortable. I want to thank the Team, the management and hopefully others who see the post will allow them the opportunity to host you with their professional and personal care. Thanks "A" team for your hospitality and I look forward to returning.

The staff are also very courteous and interested in us having an enjoyable stay!

- TMTanisha MorganDec 30, 20255.0If you want peace from the traffic. This is your go to. Ive been coming here for some years now and i don't plan on going elsewhere. Bedding is comfortable. Nice size tv. The staff here are wonderful as well. Their names are Cece and Tobias and Inez. They ALWAYS welcome me with smiles on their “busiest “ days and give me rooms that match my needs. My only complaint is when i got off one night around 4am. I came to ask a night staff named Katrina if she could extend my stay. Honestly her body language gave off attitude and irritated. I signed my papers and she took them out my hand fast. And typing on a calculator to get the cost of everything before it being authorized. Im a loyal diamond elite customer here and one thing i hate is rudeness when its not given. But other than that. The place is wonderful to me😊
