The rooms are clean. Beds seem to sleep good. They have a good breakfast not too much but more than just bagels and pastries. It’s also a pretty quiet place and in a great location.

Noisy/moldy air conditioners. Smart tv is broken and Netflix/normal apps do no work across the entire hotel from what I was told by the front desk. It's been like this for a year according to them. 2.5 star franchised out/ independently owned with poor breakfast options & lacking security. (Elevators not secured, stairs not secured, inattentive night shift staff).
At check in, I'd suggest limiting the information you choose to share with the front desk.
•Checkout time is at 11 and as of now this property does not seem to offer, grant, or extend late checkout request to rewards members.
Not a kid friendly hotel due to the demeanor of the staff and how they choose to present themselves in public.

Upon check-in, Tobias was absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and professional. However, my experience with the person handling the audits and payment left a lot to be desired. My card, which had plenty of funds available, was apparently “declined” due to what I assume was a system issue. Instead of calling me to resolve the matter, they waited until I arrived late at night to tell me my room wasn’t secured. Thankfully, Tobias reassured me that a room was available; otherwise, I would’ve been scrambling for accommodations on Labor Day weekend, while visiting my sick mother.
As for the hotel itself, the rooms were decent, but for a newer property, the peeling desk corner gave the impression of cheap furniture quality. The TV was also underwhelming—you can’t adjust the brightness, set a sleep timer, or stream services; it’s basic cable only.
On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and clean. However, housekeeping should double-check amenities: my coffee bar had no cups, and the ice caddy still had water from a previous guest, and no bag liner.
Overall, I appreciated Tobias’ great service, but the experience left room for improvement in communication, maintenance, and in-room amenities.

Rude front desk staff. Pool is out. They don’t tell you that. Health dept showed up and their poolside phone was out and wheel chair lift didn’t work so they they had to shut it down. You still pay full price even though amenities aren’t available. If you talk to them before you arrive they will act like all is well. When you call about the switcharoo, they act like you’re the problem. So many other places to stay.
