The floors were dirty. I will never stay at another Avid hotel. Luckily we only reserved it for one night. Also when we arrived there was a man that appeared to be sleeping in the lobby. That should have been our sign to walk out but we had reserved the room and paid online

The bathroom was clean and I loved the mirror because it had a light around it which is perfect for doing make up and your facial routine. And it was quite peaceful as well at night. They have free breakfast which is a bonus. I also loved that they have an ice machine downstairs with free filtrated water if you bring your own water bottle which I did have so I was able to fill my water bottle up for free!!! The area this hotel is in has stores and restaurants very close by within 5-10 minutes via car. The staff was very polite and helpful.
