  We had a pleasant experience overall, especially thanks to the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and very intentional about making sure we were taken care of and we truly appreciated that. The location was also very convenient, especially for military service members and their families, which is a great benefit. However, the condition and upkeep of the property did not match that same level of care. There were several maintenance concerns in the unit, including visible water damage and rust along the bathroom baseboards, peeling and damaged surfaces, and issues with appliances such as an easily broken stove knobs when utilized. In addition, there were sanitation concerns on the grounds, including rodent droppings that remained for multiple days and were not addressed until nearly a week later. This was concerning and impacted our overall impression of cleanliness and maintenance. I’ve included photos for reference. With significant improvements and more consistent upkeep, this property has the potential to match the excellent service provided by the staff.

  I definitely recommend the IHG main lodge. The rooms are cozy and quite. Each room has a small kitchenette and outside there is a community grill. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Cookware, plates and utensils are also available at no extra charge. I was able to make a lot of nice one-pot meals during my stay. There is a small cantina with some frozen meals and other sundries by the front desk in the main lodge and free coffee, 24 hours a day. Oh, the offer free breakfast everyday. It's not bad. I like the biscuits and gravy! The parking lot is very big and easy to access. You are within walking distance of the commissary, Class 6, burger king and Popeyes. I had a great stay, thank you very much to the staff for taking care of me!

  Its Army... not much else to say. Pet friendly should not include cats that shred the corners of the beds and the leather office chairs.

  For a hotel in an Army barracks, this was great. Spacious, clean, and very friendly front desk person appropriately named Sunny!

  Room is good, but workers not keeping up of everything ,for example all the trash around the facility are full. It’s been four days and trash not been change ,broken ice maker ,the one available downstair is empty.
