It's as nice as military hotels can be. Very friendly staff, needed an extra table for my room, no problem. Location is 10 minutes from any classroom on post. Can't beat that. Decent breakfast, plenty of parking. Laundry on site.

This property appears to be lacking a basic sense of decorum and guest consideration.
The primary reason for this review is the ongoing renovations taking place during the weekend. Guests are subjected to drilling and loud construction noise early in the morning, without any prior notice or courtesy communication. For those staying for work, study, or simply seeking a quiet weekend, this is extremely disruptive.
While I understand that renovations are necessary, it is difficult to understand why the hotel continues to accept guests while significant work is underway. I was not offered an alternative property in advance and would have preferred to stay at the nearby Candlewood instead.
Unfortunately, the renovated rooms themselves feel incomplete. For example, the newly installed television did not work at all. A technician arrived around 9:30 p.m. to address the issue but was unable to resolve it, leaving me with the option to move rooms late at night. This was particularly inconvenient as I am staying for several months and had already fully unpacked. Moreover, this was my second room change since November, when the hotel was temporarily closed altogether. Upon returning, I expected the renovations to be complete, but instead found myself first placed in older rooms and now in what I would describe as only a modest uplift rather than a true upgrade.
Despite these issues, I would like to acknowledge that the staff have been friendly and accommodating throughout. It is unfortunate that their efforts are overshadowed by the current state of the property and the poor handling of the renovation process.

I was not offered my choice of points or a snack at check in. 2 weeks before I arrived, I spoke with the coordinator for the hotel and arranged for a suite for myself and family. Upon arrival, I was told there was no suite. The room has defective electrical outlets, cockroaches, and the cleaning crew left debris from previous residents behind the microwave. They supposedly sprayed when we showed them the picture of a cockroach, but afterward ants were still crawling around. I'm stuck here with no options to move. The staff is reactive to issues, not proactive in preventing them. And now the housekeeping staff is going around cleaning rooms at 8:20 AM. I WOULD TRY TO AVOID STAYING HERE IF I WERE YOU.
