    I’d like to express some concerns regarding the housekeeping standards during my stay. The “light service” currently being provided seems to consist only of placing fresh towels on the sink, without making the bed or removing trash. At that point, it would be more practical to simply pick up towels at the front desk and take out my trash myself. Additionally, the regular room service has been subpar as well. It does not appear that the sheets have been changed in several weeks, despite my extended stay. While I understand that the hotel benefits from guaranteed occupancy through Army and U.S. taxpayer funding, that should not equate to neglecting basic housekeeping responsibilities or lowering service standards. I hope this feedback can be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

    Wir waren vorher in einem anderen Hotel , sind dort abends wieder ausgecheckt und haben hier sofort ein sehr Roses und geräumiges Appartement bekommen, wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen. 2 grosse Kingsize Betten, Küche, Bad..sehr sauber und ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal und das Frühstück ist umfangreich. Gerne wieder😃 Leider keine Bilder gemacht

    Room service is just ridiculous. I’m not sure what they really do during room service. I moved in and there’s been some hairs on my nightstand, in the bathroom floor and on the coffee table. It’s been 3 weeks I live in this hotel and nothing has been touched. I snapped some pictures and waiting till the day I leave to show them to management. EDIT: I came to my room today after work to find it deep cleaned. I was truly amazed by that. They truly took my review seriously and did a great job this time. I’ll give credit where it’s due!

    Great Location — Everything Else Falls Apart I’ve never left a bad review before, but after months here, I feel like people need to know what they’re walking into. Even on “deep cleaning” days, the room still looks like it hasn’t been touched. The AC broke in the middle of the August heat in Augusta, GA, and when I called, there was no offer of a room change, no fan, no points reimbursement — just an assumption that I didn’t know how to hit the reset button on a thermostat. Then they told me they’d send someone tomorrow. So basically, “good luck sweating it out.” We’re in Georgia — it’s 90+ degrees almost every day in the summer — why wouldn’t you have 24-hour maintenance for something this serious? The tub was clogged, they don’t replace toilet paper or towels half the time, and the staff is rude and unprofessional. On top of that, someone here had over $300 worth of items stolen from a package they had delivered to the hotel, so think twice before sending anything valuable. When you’re stuck here for 4+ months and your unit is paying over $13k, you at least expect working AC, clean rooms, and to feel like the staff cares. Instead, it feels like guests are just an inconvenience they have to deal with.
