However, when I made a 2nd call to add a room, Sarah was incredibly difficult to deal with. She was rude, short, and seemed as if she really hated her job. Because of how horribly I was treated, I canceled my reservation there and got a hotel off post. Sarah either needs some training in basic etiquette or shes entirely in the wrong line of business.
