- KKKSSep 26, 20253.0I don't know about staying here again. I could never get a receipt from them after numerous attempts. Their phone doesn't connect and email bumps. I even tried contacting IHG but this hotel is independent and they couldn't help me. Difficult to file a voucher without a receipt. While the location to work is good, it's kind of far from healthy eating options and groceries. I did enjoy my evening walks on post. I wasn't wild about the motion sensor controlled ac. Nothing like returning to a stuffy room and waiting hours for it to cool down. I also didn't care for the way a non working Kuerig in my room wasn't quickly replaced. I had to wait around for maintenance? And they weren't allowed to just give me one from another room. I made do without one and settled for cowboy coffee in my room. As of 10/3/25 I still have not received a receipt nor have I gotten any points on my account.
