  Pleasantly surprised by how clean and welcoming this hotel was. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the location right in the center of Fort Benning made everything easy to get to. Overall a great stay.

  We really enjoyed this hotel, which is conveniently located on Ft. Benning, about a 7 minute drive from the Airborne Graduation site. The room was extremely clean, well maintained, and spacious. Michelle and Miniah went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and convenient for us and our infant daughter. Breakfast was varied and enjoyable. We will stay here again next time we’re in the area!

  Stayed here for 2 weeks during our PCS. Family of 4. We were given a suite by a customer service number my husband called to reserve a room. We found out (very rudely) by the front desk staff that we were never supposed to be given a suite. We were told repeatedly that suites are not supposed to be given to families that are PCSing. They said we were supposed to given a one bedroom room for a family of four. We asked where our children were supposed to sleep if we were moved to a one bedroom and the manager said “Get a blow up mattress and put it in the kitchen area.” Guess who was staying in the suites?? Single soldiers that are by themselves and are here for training. We finally got a home on base and when my husband was doing his in processing, his command was furious that the hotel was doing this to families. They were appalled and said this shouldn’t be happening.

  The elevators in this building are Thyssenkrupp (now TK Elevators), probably synergy, EOX, or endurance model. My guess is EOX since the building was refurbished in 2015 with strict DoD ecological standards. Whichever model it is, definitely a gearless traction model rather than hydraulic, because you simply don't get this kind of speed and smoothness from hydraulic (and so quiet too!). Amazing machines, didn't expect them from a military hotel for sure! At 350 feet per minute (low-rise configuration), these elevators will get you from the lobby to the top floor in eight seconds accounting for acceleration and deceleration. A quick look into the hoistway enclosure shows you that someone really knew their stuff when they installed these systems.

  We recently PCSed from Hawaii to Fort Benning, GA, and my family and I had the pleasure of staying at Abrams Hall for 44 nights. I can honestly say all 44 nights were great! Kam checked us in on our first day and made sure we knew everything about the hotel. His customer service was beyond A1 throughout our entire stay—not just during check-in. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. Not only Kam, but the entire front desk staff and every employee we encountered were welcoming, professional, and courteous at all times. No matter what time we walked through the doors, we were ALWAYS greeted warmly. That level of consistency truly makes a difference, especially during a PCS transition. Abrams Hall is VERY family-friendly! The accommodations were clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The amenities were well maintained, and we never experienced any issues or complaints during our stay. Overall, the experience reflected excellent hospitality standards. I would gladly recommend Abrams Hall to anyone PCSing or visiting the area, and we absolutely look forward to returning in the future.
