    Nice quiet, safe area but the AC/heat unit would cycle on/off so loudly and abruptly we couldn’t run it. This was during the cold snap but there was an extra blanket so we survived. We arrived tired later in the evening thus we didn’t try to change rooms. Based on the age of the hotel my guess is the other rooms share this issue. I wouldn’t stay here again.

    Visited a few weeks ago for a conference. Room was very clean and set up nicely. Loved that there was a microwave in the room. Front desk staff was very friendly. Janiyah at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Located very close to restaurants, shopping mall, and just about 40 minutes from Atlanta. I really enjoyed that the tv allows access to streaming services and the tv can be controlled from your phone. Housekeeping staff super friendly & always spoke. Only thing is the hotel is pet friendly so you may hear dogs barking/kids running around, the AC unit was bit noisy but ultimately didn’t affect my stay.

    I don’t understand why this doesn’t have more stars, I work in a hotel for a Hilton, and I’m telling you this is one of the best places I’ve stayed. The staff was very kind. They respected my privacy, check in and out was so easy and The only thing I can say negative is the parking is not the best parking layout, I work at night and when I came back from work, there was hardly anywhere to park and I had to walk a ways ; but it’s OK I didn’t mind and in their defense, there’s construction going on right in front of the hotel but all in all, you should be proud of your staff they were great ! The room Was so nice nicer than some supposedly five star places I’ve stayed, and just everywhere I went in the building was very clean.

    I had a HORRIBLE experience here the housekeeping Manager was HORRIBLE, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND LOUD this type of person should NOT be in customer service and the GM backed her behavior up as if they were an ideal. There were ants ALL over the place pictures don't show everything. This place I'll NEVER return to or suggest it to ANYONE. It's private owned so I'm sure nothing will change until BBB gets involved. TRASH!!!!
