Their excuse is that I used booking.com, but booking.com says the property is responsible for the receipt, which makes sense. I don't know what system they have to not be able to provide one night's worth of stay, but this is inexcusable. BBB was given my formal complaint and this property and company did not respond to them. Says all you need to know about this place.

They also have a coffee machine that freshly grinds your beans, which makes mornings there that much better.
