I left a pair of shoes in my room and i called the day I checked out and everyone is giving the run around. It’s not in the lost and found and its nowhere in the building…..someone was that bad off that they decided to keep them for themselves. Pathetic!!! Someone is enjoying the shoes I guess they needed them more than I did. Nice area, nice clean rooms, but dishonest employees. Won’t be staying there again.

While not their fault a fire alarm went off at 3 am because a guest was smoking. It was still scary and seems crazy to go off for something like that. Skip on by this one.
