Make sure if u need to get up set your own alarms. I had wake up call for 2pm this morning and no one called. I asked guy at desk whe. I checked out, he looked at list and said. Oh im sorry. Glad I didn't miss flight

We had our house fire on 9/26 and our insurance company placed us here in the temporary place at this hotel we have two rooms and one of the room smell like straight urine from the AC vent and the room spell completely like pee! And our other room beside it with is a connection room we can’t even take a shower since we check in cause the water just staying hot all the time same with the sink in the kitchen and in the bathroom we went down stairs and addressed to them 5 times and no one do anything or even try to move us to a different room! Keep in mind we lost all our belongings and our home during to a house fire and except to have a hotel feel like home but they don’t care! Room floor is dirty and nasty on both room!

Everything about this location is right. But there was an employee named Gerunda who was a definite gem. She was so authentic and felt like she was a family member or established colleague of mine. She was patient with all my questions, my Autistic son, and accommodations needed. She had a warm smile, like a bowl of Campbell’s Soup. She was pleasant in her demeanor, tone, and choice of verbiage in our dialogue. Best of all it wasn’t limited to just my interaction with her. But each and every person she had contact with. (Observed while sitting in the lobby with a family member). Thank you Gerunda for letting me know quality people still exist in Hospitality. Nothing but blessings for all the positive you’re putting out into the world. P.S.-When my family is back in the area, we will definitely be back to this location.

Clean and well kept. I will say there were some questionable pieces of something on the walls by the bed, and the underside of the shower doors (in the door-track) could use a clean. But the bed was clean, bathroom was clean, and the kitchenette was clean.
TV turns easily so you can watch it from most anywhere in the room, and the desk chair is ergonomic, very comfortable to sit in (though I myself am I somewhat small individual).
Bed is a bit stiff, the pillows are VERY soft.
Traffic isn't horrible by this hotel, and I don't remember hearing all the planes leaving the nearby airport.
Plenty of outlets to plug things into, and the bedside table has two usb ports if you need them.
Breakfast.
There is complimentary breakfast for guests at 6AM, and its about what you would expect. The egg bites are probably my favorite. Be aware the oatmeal is made with water, not milk (personally not a fan, but everyone has their tastes.)
The machine that dispenses drinks (orange, apple juice, and water) is a bit powerful, and tends to splash out of the short glasses they offer at the breakfast bar.
There are a few choices for milk in the fridge (2%, oat, skim, and 1% I believe?)
Staff
The staff I encountered were all polite and in a good mood. Front desk was always very helpful!
WiFi
The wifi seems to kick you off after a certain amount of time, but its easy to log back in. I would suggest connecting and disconnecting before any important virtual meetings to avoid this issue.
Otherwise the connectivity is fast and smooth. I didn't try gaming on it, but it IS fiber...
Streaming netflix from the Apple TV worked flawlessly, no complaints.
Parking
The parking lot isnt HUGE, but this also isnt a huge hotel. Remember to keep your parking pass on the dash.
Other
If you need a "Pet Inside" or "Do Not Disturb" sign, see the front desk.
Door dash deliveries will have to be met in the lobby, they will not be delivered to your door for safety purposes (I assume).
The interesting and good food joints are a ways out, but so be it. There are still a few decent choices nearby.
Two gas stations right down the road.
Overall, nice stay! I felt safe and comfortable being away from home on my own (in an unfamiliar area, no less) for the first time ever.
