We are three miles from Georgia International Convention Center and nine miles from downtown Atlanta. Enjoy free parking and complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. Our all-suites hotel offers mobile work desks and free WiFi powered by a full fiber optic network, providing a better experience for video calls and streaming movies.     This is my hotel of choice! It’s not only close by the airport but it’s always clean and the staff is great. There are not many places you go these days where customer service is on point and I’ll say this hotel gets it right every single time I come. I would sing the praises of this hotel from the mountaintops if I could, but for right now, I’ll just leave a great review. Thank you all and keep doing what you’re doing.

    Sharingthis review here.East Point Ga. Enjoy our stay here, the Manger and staff were on point. They made our stay great. I will come back for the clean and well-kept rooms and the hotel. My visit was 11/18 -11/24. I want to thank the whole staff and managers for making it a pleasant stay. Thank you all. See you all went i pass that way again.

    Firstly, I found the location of your establishment to be excellent, and the accommodations, specifically the rooms, were impeccably clean and comfortable. I would also like to commend Charlotte, whose attentiveness and willingness to assist with any requests from my party were truly exemplary. Her service greatly enhanced our experience. However, a notable issue arose regarding the functionality of the overhead microwave unit in our room. This appliance was crucial for our meal preparation, not only for heating food but also because it integrated the essential exhaust fan necessary for proper ventilation. Unfortunately, the unit was inoperable. As a temporary solution, a much smaller, countertop microwave was provided. This alternative proved to be inadequate for our needs and, regrettably, occupied valuable counter space, which was already limited. My primary concern stemmed from the absence of a functional exhaust system. We were utilizing an electric skillet for cooking, and without proper ventilation, I was apprehensive about the potential for smoke or steam to trigger the smoke detector, leading to a disruptive and unwarranted hotel-wide alarm. This presented a considerable safety and convenience issue for us during our stay. I would be grateful for the opportunity to discuss this matter further with a representative who can address these concerns in more detail. Thank you for your time and consideration.

    Location is decent but I won't be staying here again. Mattresses are awful. Pillows are super thin, we each needed 3 for basic comfort. Slept terribly. No body wash in the shower. Breakfast was the absolute worst. No waffle iron, no fresh fruit or eggs, the boiled eggs had lint on them, cold and stale french toast. Disgusting. Luckily there is a waffle house down the street. That was outstanding. The doors are too heavy, housekeeping needs to consider opening and closing them gently. One lady was running in and out of the rooms so fast, it was shaking our walls and disturbing our nap! Management needs to reconsider the $100 nightly security deposit. That's entirely too much for this type of place.
