  Had a very good experience at this hotel. Wheelchair accessible room was fantastic and the staff were all amazing. We could not catch the airport shuttle as my husband is in a wheelchair so they made extra arrangements to accommodate us. Will recommend staying here on your next connection.

  I usually like Home2 they are always my choice of stay, never had anything bad to say about, they are all really clean and organized, also they provided me with the room of my choice. but my last experience made me reconsider my choices. for two nights straightI had weed smell really strong coming out of the exhaust vent in the bathroom, like people were smoking in my bathroom, it was that strong. And it was spreading through the room because the doors are not sealed in the bottom. I reported to the front desk, they said all they could do was walk the floor and see if they can identify the smell (which is impossible to do) and I asked for a new room and they said they were booked (nice excuse when you don’t want to do anything). Felt like I was staying at the econolodge up the street. Breakfast was not ready or hastily put up during all week, because the kitchen staff was absent. Poor presentation. I would hate to see this place go downhill, but it will be inevitable if some things don’t change.

  Nothing special. Shower was dirty with black mold in all the corners. Customer service was unacceptable. Called multiple times to speak with general manager and left several messages. Never received a call back, even though the front desk told me that she will call me right back after the meeting. When I called for the seventh time, the front desk told me that she went home for the day. This place doesn’t care about the customers. Will never stay here again..

  Because of a system issue on their end, they were unable to check me in treated me so rude were threatening to kick me off of the property because of the mistake that they made did not offer to help me in anyway, and a month later only refunded me five dollars for a cancellation that was their fault When I called back to speak with management she’s never available or never calls me back. Service is so horrible that I had to book a plane ticket back to Texas that night. I was charged a 142$ cancellation fee because of their system . Truly disgusted with Hilton this manager is a disgrace to the brand .

  The lady at the front desk was kind but the hotel hada smell. And we booked a room with one bed. Didn't know they only have queen beds. Me and my Boa had to sleep in the small queen bed and it was very uncomfortable I could feel the springs in the bed.. We actually checked out a day early because my back was hurting and we didn't get any sleep for two nights. So We are headed back to Louisiana tired and driving 7 hrs. Terrible. If you are use to comfort and classy hotel this is not it.... Also.it was either too hot with the heat being right next to the bed or too cold when the heat went off because the bed is extremely close to the window...
