  So I Traveled From Florida (a 6Hr Drive)To Georgia To Visit a Friend’s Church , I Decided To Book With This Hotel . I Loved The Younger Girl Who Was At The Front Desk Around 3am Sunday Morning , (Forgive Me I Forgot Her Name) But The Lady Who Was On Day Duty She Is Rude And Unprofessional, She Called Me About a Balance Of 26 Dollars But I Couldn’t Take The Phone Call At That Moment As I Was On The Interstate Driving To Florida Back Home . Well I Called To Settle The Balance And The Same Lady When I Asked Her Could I Pay 20 Now Then 6 Tomorrow She Put Me On a Five Minute Hold Then Hung Up , I Called Back Again And She Purposely Ignored My Phone Calls . On Top Of That There Was a Breakfast Crew Lady And She Was Also Rude Breakfast Was Over And Me And My 3 Toddler Children Were Leaving And I Saw The Kitchen Slightly Open With Bananas And Oranges , My Son Wanted a Banana And My Daughter An Orange , All I Did Was Quickly Grab 1 Of Each And The Server Came Out Of Nowhere And Said Maam Now You Know You Not Supposed To Do That And I Apologized Because I Didn't Know You Couldn’t Do That Because Usually When Refreshments Are Left Out At Any Hotel Or Business I Went Too It Was Never a Problem To Grab Because It Didn't Require Payment . For One Her Delivery Was Awful Pull Me To The Side Not Yell In Front Everyone Down The Hall My Fault But Pull Me To The Side And Explain To Me What I Did Wrong It Was Embarrassing And Belittling Not To Mention The Hospitality Here Vs Florida Is So Different They Are So Nonchalant And Rude Here Id Never Book Here Again Which Sucks Because The Rooms Were Nice And Clean , The Scenery Is Amazing And Corporate Has Been Nice To Me But The Front Desk Lady And Server Make Black People Look Bad And This Is Coming From a Black Women Herself . Too Unprofessional And Rude I’m Living a Changed Life But Anybody Else With This Experience It Probably Wouldn’t Have Went Well Because I Was So Livid But I Refused To Cause A Scene Because I’d Look Like The Bad Person Instead Of How Poorly I Was Treated Here . I’m Going To Show You A Screenshoot Of The Several Times I’ve Called Trying To Pay Off That Balance So You Can See The Proof Of The Front Desk Lady Being Spiteful And Nasty Idk If It Will Post But I’d Happily Show Corporate The Screenshot

  A nice hotel, conveniently located near, expressway and eating place. Nice rooms. And they have night time security.

  Front desk person GRACE is very RUDE like passive aggressive rude. She displayed no respect or empathy towards me and was very rude and offered no help at all! Grace I pray you stop trying to beat the system while smiling while being rude and derogatory to people in need!!

  Ok where do I start. We had a young volleyball team at this hotel. The power went out, I got stuck in the elevator and there was No emergency lights on any floor or in the elevator. It was pitch dark. Management no where to be found. Girls were scared. One of our teammates got bed bugs. The fire department needed to speak to manager to let them know that when power comes on that elevator should have never been in service. They were already down one elevator so now they have nothing but stairs. No backup generator is crazy. There were so many safety issues the hotel needs to address they shouldn’t have people staying here’s
