  The social hour was not very good and the breakfast was poor. The choices were just no where near as good as most Staybridge hotels I've stayed at in the past.

  Disappointing experience overall. There was no free water and not even a place to fill a bottle — when I asked, the front desk just said they sell bottles for $4–$5 each. The main issue was the pet fee. My reservation showed $15 per night, but after checkout I was charged $30 instead and told the policy had changed. The manager said they don’t honor information from third-party bookings (I booked through Google Hotels), where many customers make reservations. Hotels still have responsibility to keep their information updated on major booking platforms to avoid misleading customers. I also couldn’t find a clear pet fee listed on their official website at the time. On the positive side, the location is good and the room was clean, which is why I give five stars for those aspects. Lesson learned: third-party bookings can be misleading, and this hotel clearly needs to improve transparency.

  I had been staying for a very long time with my cousin and the room was under her name. It's literally an extended stay hotel. I usually leave and come back very early in the morning and very late at night. They give out snacks in the afternoon a couple of days a week. Today the man working came up to me and asked me my room number basically implying that I wasn't staying there, that I was just sneaking in for food. I don't even drink the beer that they have, I don't drink alcohol. The front desk people see me all the time. They see me in there just getting coffee. I asked who wanted to know the room number, and he said the manager whose name was Zana Alford. So I asked to speak to Zana Alford, and even though she was the Manager on Duty, somehow she wasn't in the building. So apparently she was accusing me of 'sneaking in'. then I asked the guy, well if she's not in the building, how does she know I'm here to text you? So not only was I being directly lied ied to, she had to have actually been there, I was being accused of basically stealing salsa and chips. Ridiculous. Ater giving them tons of money. My cousin stayed, it was paid, I moved to the Marriott next door. Great way to offend and mistreat your guests.
