The next day I asked the desk if we could change rooms away from the side exit door. The manager graciously checked and gave us a room on the third floor that was very quiet for the remainder of our stay. While picking up the new room key another customer was at the desk being very difficult, belligerent and rude to the manager and staff. The manager handled herself with professionalism and courtesy throughout the engagement.
