My heater broke when it was 40°F outside, and the front desk's 'brilliant' solution was to just wait until morning because maintenance was off. No room change, no apologies—just pure rudeness. If you enjoy shivering in the dark while being ignored by staff, this is the perfect place for you. Otherwise, stay literally anywhere else

The shower head had great pressure. 6. The water was hot. 7. Breakfast for $4.99 was very much worth it. Fresh scrambled eggs. Thicker bacon than others. Turkey sausage links either flavor. Fresh fruit. Went well with the Oikos yogurt. A gold star!

The lobby was okay, just with unhappy uninterested employees — nothing new coming from Holiday Inn… Watch out though, unless you’re white you’ll face even more rudeness. Other than that, the elevator? absolutely clunky and motion-sickness causing. But the worse of it all — the room, it wouldn’t connect to the wifi at all. We had to leave the room (mind you, after my family had unpacked) and go upstairs for a room that could actually do the minimum. But what did I see in this new room? a plastic cup on the ground. Do you not clean? How could any hotel let this happen? Dust was everywhere, the room was obviously cleaned up lazily, the elevator was awful, the wifi connection was weak, and now THIS? One of the worst hotels I’ve been to, so I will recommend you NOT to go here.

The second elevator was out of service since at least October 15th. The pool is disgusting and the so called work out room is 3 machines that barely work.
