  We were downstairs in the hotel lobby shooting the breeze with a bunch of hockey parents last night, nobody getting loud at all, and Metro Atlanta or Alpharetta police come in and said, "If you all don't go to your rooms, I've been ordered to trespass you. I don't make the rules, but if you don't disperse, I'll have to issue a trespass." Front desk lady didn't so much as warn us, all she had to do was pick ONE parent and ask them to tell everyone, but instead, she just calls the police. We're not a bunch of bikers, we are obviously harmless, approachable people. Everyone boo this hotel! BOOOOOO!

  Briana at the front desk and Hylan at the bar truly make this hotel worth every stay. From the moment I arrived, Briana was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. She made check-in smooth and set the tone for a great experience with her warm personality and attention to detail. Hylan at the bar was just as impressive—friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does. The drinks were spot on, and his great conversation made the atmosphere even better. It’s staff like Briana and Hylan that turn a regular hotel stay into a memorable one. I’ll definitely be back because of them!

  Service was great everyone's friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and bug free but the windows are drafty with mold trying to form around the edges and the walls seem to be made of craypaper since you can hear not only the 8 rooms touching yours but every room down your hallway. A little insulation in the walls and better windows would make this a great hotel. The pool and hot tub both need a good scrubbing and the lifts don't work. This was an birthday present for my 72 years young handicapped mom, so kinda disappointed.
