Hotel was difficult to find. Front desk staff was very helpful and professional. First night we stayed there, my daughter and I got bit by something in the bed all over. Very red and itchy. I have requested a full refund. Of course, there is no manger of site. Very aggravated.

Stayed for 2 nights on the end of the 5th floor. I was able to pick my room through the Hilton app but was told the digital keys weren't working so I still needed a keycard. Staff was very nice. The hallways definitely smelled of bleach but the room itself did not smell at all. Everything was pretty clean and looked fairly new, bed was comfortable. It looked pretty full the 2nd night because of a concert and it was still very quiet. A/C and hot water worked very well. Refrigerator did not get super cold even on the lowest temperature but it was fine for drinks. Towels were kind of scratchy but no stains or anything. WiFi was decent. Overall a very comfortable stay! I would stay here again.
