- DBDelmer BanegasJan 4, 20261.0Worst experience of my life. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt sketchy, but we decided to give it a chance. That was a huge mistake. During our stay, the person assigned to clean our room stole a very expensive shirt. No one else entered our room at any point other than housekeeping, yet the item mysteriously “disappeared.” When we reported this and tried to find a solution, management completely dismissed us. Their response was that they “couldn’t do anything” and that they couldn’t take action because there was “no proof,” despite the fact that housekeeping was the only person with access. No investigation. No accountability. No concern. The lack of professionalism and customer service was shocking. This hotel does not protect its guests or their belongings and refuses to take responsibility when something goes wrong. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here. Your belongings — and peace of mind — are clearly not safe.

- SSSweet SugaDec 30, 20255.0I truly enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta NE Gwinnett Sugarloaf! The area around the hotel was very nice, with plenty of restaurants and convenient places nearby. The hotel itself was clean and beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations, which added a festive touch. The staff was extremely friendly, and the bartender was amazing! I tried the chicken quesadilla, which was hot and fresh, and the breakfast was also very good. When I visit again, I’ll definitely have to try the wings 😄. I believe the bartender’s name was Sarah, though I’m not completely certain, but she was great. On my way out, I was greeted by Ross, who asked about my stay and was very friendly. I mentioned that I couldn’t get my coffee maker to work, and he kindly provided me with coffee to go from the snack store, which I truly appreciated since I needed caffeine for the drive. I stayed in a two-room suite, and the spacious room was lovely. From the window, I could see a beautiful lake and lights outside, which made for a great view at night. Housekeeping was busy but still managed to clean my room during my stay and offered water and anything else I might have needed. I was initially skeptical about staying here because pets are allowed, but I’m really glad I gave it a chance. The experience was great overall, and I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good until I accidentally left my cosmetic pouch.. My daughter left bracelet. Yes, it is my fault. I would accept If they couldn’t find it after I called two times. But the reason I read one star it is because of the persons attitude, This man couldn’t understand the first time and I called. Ask her if I called the right place.-Embassy hotel in Duluth, Georgia. He kept saying that he couldn’t understand what I’m talking about. He almost to hang up the phone, but I kept asking that I am looking for the stuff I left. I checked with head housekeeper. That was so thankful so I said thank you, but he just hung up the phone. Attitude on the phone Sounds like he’s already irritated. I hope the He got corrected or he’s not doing it “ Again”for other customer.

We were passing through Atlanta, decided to stay at this one and we were not disappointed! The staff was super friendly, room was clean and we really liked the layout of it with a huge bathroom. Even the sofa bed was a better quality than most! It was quiet and we had a good night's sleep. The breakfast had more items than we have ever seen at an Embassy before, and staff was excellent there as well. When we checked out, the desk clerk Ross was from our hometown and really fun to talk to, he even offered us extra breakfast to go. We would definitely stay here again if passing through!
