I Love Love this location! Top Tier! They know how to treat customers! I will always recommend this location! And it’s so close to Jeju and Halycon.

Staff was amazing. Irv was quick and efficient getting my family checked in and very pleasant to work with. Breakfast Buffett was phenomenal as well. Best hotel experience in recent memory

I had an awesome experience at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta NE Gwinnett Sugarloaf, and it was entirely because of the bartenders, Sierra and Amy.
From the moment I walked up to the bar, Sierra brought such an upbeat, welcoming energy that it instantly set the tone for the evening. She was attentive without being overbearing, quick with recommendations, and clearly knows her craft. Every drink she made was spot-on — balanced, smooth, and served with a genuine smile.
Amy was just as fantastic. She has that rare ability to make a busy bar feel personal. Even when things picked up, she stayed calm, friendly, and incredibly professional. She remembered what people were drinking, kept conversations flowing, and made everyone feel like a regular. It’s obvious she truly cares about creating a great guest experience.
Together, Sierra and Amy are the reason I’ll be coming back. They turned what could have been just another hotel bar stop into one of the highlights of my stay. If you’re at Embassy Suites in Duluth, GA, do yourself a favor and grab a drink with them — you won’t be disappointed.

Our family had a great stay. The hotel is beautiful and staff members are so friendly. The breakfast was delicious with variety of foods to choose from. Kid friendly atmosphere and they enjoyed the indoor pool. It was a great way to celebrate a birthday. We will definitely be back soon.

Cannot express this enough, this is one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We woke up after the first night with ants everywhere in the room, on the walls, in the door jams, on every counter space. When going to talk with the staff they said “Well you know every hotel has ants, not much we can do about it. Well send an exterminator up later today” and then pushed back when I requested we move rooms immediately. The front desk attendant then told me “If you think ants are bad, we’ve had moths in the air ducts since we renovated.” What a horrible experience. The cherry on top was the next morning we come out to find our truck was broken into along with 5 others - the staff and management said there’s nothing they can do, they have no cameras on the parking lot and once again said it happens at other hotels, so you may as well get over it.
I wish it was possible to give a zero star review. I am so frustrated with the staff and management of this hotel. 300+ nights staying at Hilton hotels in the past five years and this is how they treat loyal customers. Absolutely. Horrific.
If you’re going to the Gas South area, save the money and stay at the Hilton Garden Inn or the Westin. No one should ever stay at the Embassy Suites.
