The hotel is clean with a friendly staff that went above and beyond service. They opened up the pool area despite it technically being closed so me and my friend could catch some rays and relax. Hospitality and smiles all around. The breakfast had many options even for us healthy eaters. The location is close to freeway and downtown Dublin. Beds comfortable and everything you need is available. Enjoyed my stay!

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I’m honestly surprised I missed writing this review sooner.
Our stay from January 30 – February 2, 2026 was unacceptable, primarily due to the lack of hot water during the entire stay. The water in our room was consistently barely lukewarm, and at no point was there reliable hot water for a normal shower. The only time it was even remotely warm lasted just long enough to lather and rinse once.
After experiencing this issue, I checked other reviews and saw that multiple guests had already reported the same problem, with management responding to those reviews. This indicates the hotel was already aware of the issue before our stay. Despite that, guests are not being notified prior to arrival, and rooms are still being rented at full price.
Travelers should not have to discover basic facility failures like no hot water after they’ve already checked in, especially during the coldest winter period and winter storm conditions when alternative accommodations were extremely limited.
Unfortunately, the lack of hot water was not the only concern.
The cleanliness of the room was also unacceptable. The sheets had a dingy yellow appearance (thankfully we had backup sheets with us), and there was visible debris in the corners of the room and along the sides of the bed, which suggests the room had not been thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. The debris followed us around the room, leaving us constantly wiping our room shoes on a bathroom towel that is normally reserved for stepping out of the shower onto.
The microwave in the room was filthy and clearly not serviceable (see attached photos). Because of this, we attempted to use a microwave in the lobby but discovered there was no guest microwave available, forcing us to ask the front desk if we could use theirs.
Additionally, there was no clock in the room, which is a small detail but another sign of poor room preparation.
The most concerning issue remains the known hot water problem that continues to affect guests without disclosure. At a minimum, hotels should notify guests in advance when a major amenity like hot water is unavailable so travelers can make informed decisions about their stay.
Until the hot water issue is fully repaired and the property undergoes a serious deep cleaning, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.
SN: The young lady who checked us in on the afternoon of 30 January was an absolute gem. She was friendly and welcoming.
