  Great value. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Bfast area is small but they make it work.

  I wanna open up with the pros. The breakfast was really good, the room was very clean, the ladies at the front desk, very professional and helpful. All the issues were small ones but it was ridiculous by the end. The wifi login didn't pop up when you signed in. Basically a dialup connection which is unusable for work. I called the hotline on the slip of paper to try to get it straightened out and spent probably around an hour with them before I gave up and just used my phone hotspot. That hotline was not helpful. Find a better service. Wife wanted some ice, went to get ice and there was no ice machine on the 2nd floor. There was a place for one but no machine. When I woke up in the morning, I went to make a cup of coffee with the Keurig. There were no pods in the room. I had a couple of my own and put one in. Clear hot water came out because the part that pierces the bottom was missing. Went downstairs to get coffee and one of the coffee machines down there was broken as well. By the end of breakfast, there was a line of people when 2 machines would have alleviated this. For nearly $200 a night, this is pretty poor. I want to stress though, the employees that I interacted with in the building, top of the line, very professional. The maintenance of the amenities left much to be desired. A less expensive hotel would be in order at this point.

  Apparently this was the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I didn't realize it until after I checked in. This particular visit was great. We checked in late while traveling and the front desk attendant was super friendly. The rooms were great and clean. The breakfast was good. The morning front desk attendant was friendly as well and helped my daughter when she spilled her dry fruit loops by the elevator. Would definitely stay a third time and more.
