  Apparently this was the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I didn't realize it until after I checked in. This particular visit was great. We checked in late while traveling and the front desk attendant was super friendly. The rooms were great and clean. The breakfast was good. The morning front desk attendant was friendly as well and helped my daughter when she spilled her dry fruit loops by the elevator. Would definitely stay a third time and more.

  Arrived night of February 6th, 2026. Shortly after arriving, parking was filled with police from outside activities. I asked for a copy of my receipt after checking, I was told it would be emailed. I never received the receipt because they did not enter my email. They also had my ID yet still managed to leave my first name off it. I called back to get the receipt on the night of 3/3 at 10:30EST and the front desk clerk was rude as if it’s not their mess up. You chose to work at Holiday Inn as a customer service rep with no customer service skills is quite amusing.

  Convenient location to so many different places!! Cracker Barrel right across the road! Check in was pleasant and checkout! The rooms was clean! Pillows will always be my favorite!! So comfy! Only thing I didn’t like was the elevator only went In it after check in. It acted like it was gonna go anywhere when it shut the door. So my husband hit the lobby button and it went up. After that we used the stairs lol.

  I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately became very sick during my stay. I am still in the process of recovering and undergoing medical testing and treatment for a viral infection. I brought this to management’s attention and requested a refund due to the circumstances. My request was denied. I was extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled. When I tried to speak with the manager, Mark Brockett, I felt dismissed and avoided rather than supported. The communication came across as unprofessional and lacking empathy. I spent thousands of dollars at this hotel and expected a much higher standard of care and customer service, especially when raising a serious health concern. Instead of working toward a resolution, I felt my concerns were brushed aside. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location. If you choose to stay here, please be cautious and advocate for yourself if any issues arise.

  Meka Tillman is truly an outstanding front desk clerk. I am always greatly impressed and appreciative of her genuine kindness and professionalism. Every time I visit, she remembers my name and greets me with such warmth, which really makes a difference. Meka has a remarkable way of making me feel welcome — like I’m at a home away from home. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service never go unnoticed. She is a true asset, and I’m grateful for the care and respect she shows every time. Highly recommended — simply amazing!
