- DJDesire JonesDec 15, 20251.0This hotel has become the absolute worst experience for me on more than one occasion. This recent incident has taken the cake. My family and I booked this hotel for a funeral. As my daughter was eating her breakfast, specifically her eggs, she was stopped in her tracks by MOLD as you see pictured. I went to the front desk to report this and was told that a manager would be notified and to email these photos to their email address and they would reach out to me. The email attached was the very nonchalant response I received basically calling me a liar and showing zero accountability for the incident. The front desk clerk never made management or kitchen staff aware of the complaint, I was told by an assistant manager when I called after receiving that horrific email response back. The lack of empathy for serving poison to guest is outrageous. The hotel is already outdated and overpriced but this is very frightening that they treat matters this serious so nonchalantly.

I travel extensively for work and stay in hotels during my assignments. I have been doing this for four years across various states and have never encountered a rodent in any hotel—until now. This hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Absolutely disgusting.
