She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. She deserves to be promoted. I hope the management will recognize her for her incredible work ethic and customer service skills.

When the person on the 3rd floor above me would flush the toilet it was loud. The water would rush down the pipe loudly in the wall and would wake me up at night. Not sure if all 2nd floor rooms are like this.

After calling in to have it fixed, the room price was adjusted to $205 for the added day. Staff were citing hotel availability as the reason for the increased charge, while the hotel was nearly empty during my stay. Something is being seriously mismanaged here, only luxury hotels in the area are charging $200-300.

Very clean and comfortable room/beds, front desk was very polite and well mannered, and the entire area was clean and even smelled great. Good breakfast, and in a decent area (only 5 mind away from Emory). Will definitely only use this place when I'm in town.
