    Used booking.com, so we didn’t know until we arrived to check in that pool, and hot tub were closed. The prices of the the rooms don’t reflect unusable amenities. Upon entering our first kong bed room on 6th floor it was extremely clear the room had not been cleaned well at all, urine and body hair on toilet and in shower, disgusting spills and hair in fridge, dirty microwave, pet hair and dust. We were moved to another room down the hall, across from staff rooms, there were 20-30 lady bugs all around ceiling and walls of hallway, lady bugs on the bed, dead ones all in the floor, peanuts and shells by bedside on the floor. I’m surprised Hilton even affiliates theirselves with this location and owner. After complaining again we were told no accommodation would be made since we used booking.com and no manager to speak to until possibly Monday. They didn’t even offer to have someone clean up the bugs but yet have signs posted everywhere to let any associate know if you’re unhappy and they’ll make it right, I told the front desk associate they should take those signs down if they’re not going to abide by it. She could have cared less. Very unkept, outdated rooms. We’ve never had a problem with Hilton before this and don’t usually mind spending more for a nice stay. No continental breakfast either. Save your money and go somewhere else. *editing because we asked for a manager to call us about our complaints and never received that call. I’ll be sending my pictures to Hilton themselves for an official complaint on this facility.

    Front desk staff very accommodating. There was a slight issue with the cable TV box but it was taken care of with minutes of contacting them.

    Not worth the price at all, very disappointing. After you drive off the cliff there is not enough parking, at check in it was never mentioned that the indoor pool was closed and wouldn't be reopened until some time in 2026. Room had hair in the bathroom floor and the pull out couch has a terrible thin mattress that was not comfortable at all. Really disappointing, motel 6 quality at 5 times the price.

    The rooms here are very spacious. They are a little outdated, but still comfortable and clean. During my first stay, my room attendant did an amazing job—coming back to a fresh, clean room after long work hours was such a relief. On my second stay, I was on a different floor and the cleaning service wasn’t the same. The bed sheets weren’t changed and the trash wasn’t taken out. It wasn’t a huge issue, but considering we pay for the service, it was a bit disappointing. The biggest downside was the kitchen downstairs. The food was overpriced and the quality and service did not match the cost. I highly recommend eating elsewhere—Chili’s next door is a much better option. Beyond that, the location was beautiful, with great views all around. And I have to give a special mention to the hotel host—always greeting guests with his cowboy hat, cowboy boots, and a bright smile. He truly made my day every day! Despite a few issues, I look forward to returning next year.
