- AWAlicia Womick2 days ago1.0I woke up with 8-10 bug bites on my legs and when I inspected the sheets, there was lots of black dots. Immediately called the front desk and showed pictures. The general manager was contacted and I emailed him as well with photos and he refused to do anything saying that there was not an issue. I had booked third-party so I also went through the third-party and they reached out to the hotel and they refused to acknowledge an issue despite me having pictures of the bug bites and the black spots on the sheets . Stay at your own risk.

Service front desk and employees were all very friendly very likable and talkative. I dropped a star on this location. Every time we go to Florida I will be staying at this hotel along the way

First, the luggage carts need attention or replacement. We tried all 3. The wheels are worn out and very difficult to roll around on carpet. Second, our HVAC wall unit in #216 was so loud and noisy we had to turn it off to sleep. Lastly, it appeared the elevator inspection is past due.
