  Great check-in process with Ashley at the front desk. She was amazing to us and made us feel comfortable. We will definitely be back. Great hotel! Great location!

  Stayed here while traveling south to Florida along the 75 in late March. Overall the hotel itself was clean, my room was clean and there was no weird moldy smells etc. This is not a newer hotel but has been remodeled. My main complaint was the mattresses. I got a two queen room, one for my son and one for me. The mattresses were hard as rocks. I would call them little better than box springs with some light padding, masquerading as mattresses. They had no give and left both myself and my health 12 year old sore. Like we had been bruised on our backs. What's worse, I was traveling to Florida the next day. My night's sleep was so bad that I was exhausted and couldn't make my full drive as planned. This ended up costing me a second nights stay at another BW along the route. Luckily I had points, BUT, I shouldnt have had to do that. I told the girl at the front guest who was very kind and said she would give me some rewards points, but that wasnt the point. She acknowleged that they had received alot of complaints about the mattresses, but that their location had switched to a more durable "industry standard" mattress not long ago, that would stand up to more useage wear and tear!! Great!! Instead my back suffered the wear and tear!! So I will not be staying at this location again. Be warned! I know some people will blow this off and say "firmness" is subjective. But I am not the princess and the pea here. I sleep on a firm mattress at home. This was a box spring with padding masquerading as a mattress. Also of note, this is right of the interstate so there is considerable road noise, I brought ear plugs and you should too, IF you stay here. The front desk clerks were great.

  I will start by saying, NEVER AGIN WILL WR STAY HERE. We were returning home from Marco Island Florida. We had been on the road since 7AM pushing hard to get home. We decided to stop since we have a little baby and boy did we pick the wrong hotel. For starters, our room wasn’t ready. No big deal right, wrong. The AC wasn’t working and they were working on it when we got in. There was no communication between the front desk and the maintenance worker about how long it would take. Secondly and most importantly, once the ac wasn’t working finally fixed after I booked another room out of pure frustration because our son needed to sleep, I’ll be damned if we found our room had not been cleaned at all. The bed was slept in easy to tell, there was a nasty sticky spot on the bathroom floor and there was used towels hanging on the shower. Like come on. We had to change the bedding just to sleep. Our son needed to sleep and we were putting him down later already and this really put my wife and I over the edge. We will never come back again and if you choose to stay, be aware.
