  Only thing I wish they had was hotter water in the shower. Everything else was perfect.

  We had a two night stay here and to say we were disappointed would be an understatement. We booked here specifically for the indoor pool, which was FREEZING and the entire tile around the pool was so slick you couldn't even walk on it. I watched an older man almost fall. The shower area in the pool did not even have warm water to rinse off before/after getting into the pool. And I'm sure they have a large liability in that pool area with the tiles not cleaned properly to not be slimy and slick. The Staff DO NOT PROPERLY COMMUNICATE with one another or guests. We had a 1p check out but were checked out and charged for things that we had promotions on to use at check out at 11a. Before that we were woken up by the cleaners throwing things in the rooms next to us, vacuuming and knocking on our door! The front desk worker Brittany was extremely rude to my husband, refused to identify herself to him, and very combative with me when I asked for Management information. We were told she wouldn't give it to us, but we could come back to the hotel and get a card with the management teams info. She even made sure not to have her name tag on when I came back in to grab the cards. The shower pressure sucked and made this terrible noise during the entire shower. SEE VIDEO ATTACHED! OVERALL, we were very disappointed with this location. As a Diamond Elite member we travel all over the country with IHG, and we will NEVER stay or recommend this location! They are trashy and need a full rehaul on their staff, which clearly the on-site management has no problem with their behavior. So Corporate Complaint, here we come with more evidence DO NOT STAY HERE!

  My friend and I were attending a conference in Cumming and booked this Holiday Inn. From initial booking until checkout was an amazing experience. Sonia, at the front desk welcomed us in. Told us about the 24 hour coffee and hot tea, the delicious hot breakfast, the amenities, and how she would help us with whatever we would need. The rooms were very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. My friend said it was like sleeping on a cloud. The pillows were labeled firm and soft, so no guessing. The towels were plenty. If you are looking for a great stay, choose this hotel.

  First off, let me say that Sonia was absolutely excellent! Her customer service and willingness to help were amazing. She went above and beyond and should be rewarded for her excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the other lady that worked the front desk was so lazy and grumpy that she wouldn't get up out of her chair to get us some replacement towels and also wouldn't get up and come out of the back room for checkout or to get us a receipt. She just yelled from the back as she was swapping personal stories with another coworker. The room had a bed and running water, other than that, the shades didn't work and there were numerous dead bugs around the edges of the carpet. The location is close to everything so If you decide to stay here, Sonia will take excellent care of you!

  I want to begin by saying that this hotel was clean and tidy. It was exactly what I would expect for a hotel of this type. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept like a log. However, what most impressed me was the customer service. I had trouble with my room key the evening I checked in and I started back down to the lobby to get it reprogrammed. Upon riding the elevator down to the first floor, the desk attendant was already standing at the elevator and said they had observed me having trouble on the cameras and she was already on the way up to help me. Then, the next day, I inadvertently left a belt in my room at check-out. Now it wasn't an expensive belt but it was important to me due for personal reasons. Once I realized it was missing, I emailed the hotel manager after business hours hoping for a response. The next morning, I had an e-mail in my inbox stating they had the belt. I contacted the front desk and within 3 minutes, arrangements had been made to have the belt shipped to me. I would definitely stay at this hotel again with confidence.
