  First off, let me say that Sonia was absolutely excellent! Her customer service and willingness to help were amazing. She went above and beyond and should be rewarded for her excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the other lady that worked the front desk was so lazy and grumpy that she wouldn't get up out of her chair to get us some replacement towels and also wouldn't get up and come out of the back room for checkout or to get us a receipt. She just yelled from the back as she was swapping personal stories with another coworker. The room had a bed and running water, other than that, the shades didn't work and there were numerous dead bugs around the edges of the carpet. The location is close to everything so If you decide to stay here, Sonia will take excellent care of you!

  I want to begin by saying that this hotel was clean and tidy. It was exactly what I would expect for a hotel of this type. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept like a log. However, what most impressed me was the customer service. I had trouble with my room key the evening I checked in and I started back down to the lobby to get it reprogrammed. Upon riding the elevator down to the first floor, the desk attendant was already standing at the elevator and said they had observed me having trouble on the cameras and she was already on the way up to help me. Then, the next day, I inadvertently left a belt in my room at check-out. Now it wasn't an expensive belt but it was important to me due for personal reasons. Once I realized it was missing, I emailed the hotel manager after business hours hoping for a response. The next morning, I had an e-mail in my inbox stating they had the belt. I contacted the front desk and within 3 minutes, arrangements had been made to have the belt shipped to me. I would definitely stay at this hotel again with confidence.

  The location, cleanliness do deserve 4 star rating but we are taking a star away re the desk lady who was less than welcoming.She said our rooms wouldn't be ready until 3 pm on the dot! We couldn't ask her for anything without it seeming like a major distraction from her cell phone. But the rest was ok.
