  Great Hotel to stay at. Staff is super friendly. Ms. Stacy went out of her way to provide and assist myself and my brother in law with a tech. Issue. Thank you for your kindness.

  We can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly, but also very professional and efficient. The housekeeping staff was helpful. Our room was a king suite and it was the largest and cleanest room we have ever had at a hotel. The sofa in the sitting area was actually quite comfortable, unlike most hotel furniture. The bed was firm without being hard, and gave us both a sound night’s sleep. And, speaking of sound, there was no noise heard, whatsoever! You know how in a lot of hotel rooms you can hear your neighbors’ conversations or tv; not here! The breakfast was more extensive than normal hotel breakfasts. All around great stay! We will earmark this hotel and, anytime we are in the area, this will be our go to accommodation!

  I am not one for staying at the holiday Inn. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the room was very clean. Of course the bathtub was a little old but it was just as good if not better than the hilton garden inn, which I vow never to stay at again. I will for sure give the holiday inn another chance. Also, the price was very fair.

  This has been a great hotel to stay at. The staff is super friendly & helpful. The rooms appear to be recently remodeled. The showers are great with a nice water pressure. Breakfast is from 6AM - 10AM. The location is convenient and close to the highway with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. I'd highly recommend this location to anyone that likes IHG hotels.

  My company has been staying here for several weeks now and several have complained about the lack of hot water in the shower. My first morning I go to take a shower, no hot water for 30 minutes. Went as far as trying every position on the valve just in case; nothing. Fast forward to the evening time: still no hot water; maybe a hair warmer but by no means would qualify as hot. Call the front desk to complain, get told with attitude "you have to let it run a bit" my response was by all means aggetated, but was not in any means out of line. The front desk clerk HUNG UP ON ME. Today is day two and my shower has been running for 30 mins this morning and I still dont have hot water. This is inexcusable on all levels.
