    This hotel. The staff was so unfriendly during the day and nothing worked in it. Even the freaking plugs.

    Grateful the property and rooms were clean after a terrible experience at Avid down the road, so big thank you to housekeeping! But then... in the morning there was basically no breakfast other than a few sausages, and some tator tots. No cinnamon rolls, and of course the pancake machine was down too. No wifi working at all the entire time. And to the lady working the front desk, it's super unprofessional to smoke cigarettes right in front of the automatic door to the hotel.

    OMG! Where to start. The hotel is in a decent area and close to several shopping places and restaurants. The hotel is nice, nothing out of the ordinary. The breakfast is really good and I recommend it. Customer service was great from a young lady at the desk but her manager an older black lady was not a happy camper. As we were waiting for pizza to feed a few boys from our soccer team she came over and yelled at some of our boys and parents that were waiting on the lobby. I was not in the lobby but received a phone call from who I believe was their events manager and as soon as I answered the phone she immediately told me what I was going to do and how animals we were and it needed to be done immediately to leave the lobby area. She said she received a FaceTime call from the manager and was very upset. I tried to explain but she would not let me talk and continued saying we were animals and behaving as such. It was a very rude experience. Definitely don't recommend and not staying again.
