  Very nice place. Construction workers did glue sheathing on steps. 65 degrees max on AC. Lol. I sweat every night. Lay upon the bed in a sweaty mess with no covers. I know my body. That was more like 73 degrees. Awful time.

  This location is great, clean the staff is super friendly. Shelby at the front desk made the check in process easy. I was here last week and Briana assisted me she was wonderful as well. Breakfast is good many options, this will be added to one of my top go to places to stay when I’m in town 5 stars

  New hotel when I visited. Very clean, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool table was a great place for our teenagers to be. Very convenient to shops and restaurants.

  Our stay was on July 25, 2025. The hotel is very clean with immaculate bathrooms and comfortable beds. A little smaller than standard hotel rooms but it was ok. Parking was ample and safe. Breakfast was great with a number of choices. The only downfall from our stay was that it needs security cameras in hallways. A number of times during our night there, someone was hitting our door and woke me up each time. A little scary. A camera might help keep that from happening. I realize the hotel is not in charge of undisciplined young people who find it necessary to wake people up in the middle of the night with pranks . I know there was a large group of young men the same night that we stayed. Again, I know that the hotel in not in control of that stupidity but cameras could assist.

  We had traveled 6 hours and stopped to get a good night's rest before traveling further the next morning. We went in and booked a room. We went to our room on 3rd floor and opened the door. The lights were on, tv on and a man lying in the bed. It scared me more than it did him. We went back to front desk and was told this has happened before. We were then given a room on the 4th floor. We went up to 4th floor and as I was getting key to open the door it opened and a man came out. He showed me his key and we had the same room. What was even scarier was the man came down to the front desk with us. We then ask at that point could we get a room on 1st floor and she check to be sure no one in the room since there were rooms right near the front desk. The front desk clerk said all the rooms are booked on 1st floor. This is a new motel and there was only 6 cars in the parking lot so no way totally booked 1st floor. We ask for a refund and the staff didn't know how to do this. She called a staff member from the motel next door to help her. I finally got the refund on my credit card. We complained to manager next day and to Hilton honors. We need to get our points back and should get a free stay somewhere else in the future. No family should have to go through getting an occupied room twice then no room at all. New motels should hire competent staff and/or train them properly before leaving them alone at a front desk at night. Worst and scary night of our trip. 😢😢
