- CHcharles howardNov 10, 20254.0Nice hotel overall. Friendly staff. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Stayed twice, 3 days apart. Room on the back was noisy & lots of light pollution. Room on the front was dark & quiet. Plug situation by the bed could be better. Had to get creative to plug in my phone & my cpap. Breakfast is a choice of a bagel or a bagel. Plenty of restauraunts nearby though.

Robin the general manager and Dee the desk clerk we're so informative, professional and considerate. There was a little confusion with my reservation when I got there however they were quick to take care of the problem to my satisfaction. Robin spoke with me personally to make sure that I was happy with my stay and to let me know that if she could do anything for me and the future for any future accommodations to contact her personally. I am a 69-year-old woman and I would say this is the perfect place for any age to come and enjoy the mountains of North Georgia.
