  Booked a room for a Friday night in the IHG app. Then the event I was going to was pushed back a a day because of rain. So I called and asked could they pus my reservation back a day and a manager got in the ovine and said yes and I received a new confirmation e-mail. So Friday at 12:30 they call and say the new reservation was cancelled and changed back to the original. I asked why and the girl on the phone said the GM Lora did it. I asked to speak to her and she said yep she is right here hold on. Then she comes back and says Lora stepped out. So 4 calls later with my name and number and still no call back or answer from Lora. I have stayed here 5 times in the last 3 months and stayed with the IHG hotels 25 times in the last two years.

  I had such an amazing stay at Staybridge Hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and well taken care of. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and truly felt like a home away from home. Jayla and Diana were incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Whether I had a question or needed assistance, they went above and beyond with kindness and professionalism, which made all the difference. I truly appreciate the level of care and hospitality I received and will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding customer service!

  My family and I stayed at this location while attending my son’s Army graduation. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would choose it. The room we were assigned did not have any hot water, which was a major inconvenience. I requested to speak with the general manager and was informed that she would return my call because she was “unavailable” at the time; however, I never received a follow-up. Additionally, the front desk staff member I initially spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. Later that afternoon, another employee informed me that the same individual was actually the general manager. After reading similar reviews, it appears this may be an ongoing issue, particularly regarding the handling of customer concerns.
