  The indigo is always a nice place to stay. A top quality hotel. The staff be they just bit into a lemon sometimes 🤣. We needed a extra trash bag and theyre was a young guy available at the entrance, he was nice and professional. The room views are so awesome. Our coffee machine didnt work. But the hotel is nice. The Bathrooms are beautiful!!!!

  Super underwhelmed by this hotel. I was hoping the other reviews about poor service were one offs… but for $340 per night, it is wildly lacking in everything but location. No information was provided upon check-in other than an additional charge for my dog and my advance request for a 2nd floor room could not be fulfilled. Shortly after realizing they didn’t say anything about breakfast or any other amenities (I had interrupted the front desk attendant from her phone when checking in) I went back down to the front desk and was told she did not know if my rate included breakfast and to ask whoever was working in the morning. After dinner I asked for blankets and following two hours of no response I went back to the lobby, waited in line, and was eventually given a blanket ~11 pm (I asked for 2 since there are 2 guests, but they said they only had 1 blanket left for the whole hotel). I asked the woman currently working about breakfast. She did not know either. 0/2 front desk staff knew about breakfast since I’m only platinum elite, not diamond elite status. Went down to the lobby again before bed to ask where the ice machine is for water since there was none on the 5th floor. A different front desk employee (3rd unhelpful employee I’ve talked to in 5.5 hours) said they weren’t sure - to save anyone reading this review some time; there’s one on the 3rd floor. They also don’t tell you about free street parking instead of valet (which closes at 11pm) - luckily I knew to ask specifically due to reading other Google reviews. Additionally, their official website says “our pet-friendly hotel rolls out the red carpet for your fur baby,” yet I was told neither the roof top bar or lobby bar are dog friendly - I know it’s health code to not allow pets for indoor dining - but I can’t have a glass of wine and sit outside on the rooftop patio with my well behaved dog? Don’t advertise as pet friendly then! For $340/ night (Monday - Wednesday stay in late April) + a $75 dog fee, similar hotels would at least offer a milk bone or water bowl… The pool and gym could be nice and make the cost worthwhile but I wouldn’t know since despite multiple visits to the front desk with other questions, no one ever volunteered any information to me. While the location is great (very walkable) and rooms are nice, I would NOT recommend this hotel unless you find significantly better pricing and don’t expect helpful staff. Plenty of more reasonable hotels equally as walkable. In hindsight, when I originally called to confirm dog friendliness before booking and was put on hold for 25 minutes, I should have known customer service would be lacking. Fortunately our visits to nearby state parks still made the trip a win.

  The food here is horrible the chef really needs to replace the spicy pasta and upgrade the menu. The salad came out 20 mins after the entree and the food was really bland. The overall stay of the room was great.

  My girlfriend's son is a Ranger and referred me to this hotel. First off, the staff were all very friendly and the location was perfect! These were the huge negatives for me: As a new IHG member I was truly disappointed. When I checked in my room it wasn't very clean. The floors looked like they had never been vacuumed. Tons of hair and especially in the weaved rug. I did take tissue and picked up some, but decided to tell the front desk. It took a while,(6:30) but they eventually sent someone up They mopped but still never vacuumed and all the same nasty hair was just mopped around and still there. I didn't remove my shoes the whole time. Again, truly disappointing for the money spent there. On top of that...my toilet would not flush and kept plugging...ugh. I decided to make do and at one point use the public restrooms. Since I was checking out the next morning and exhausted, I didn't bother to once again tell the front desk until the next morning...which was my own fault. I paid over 450.00 for one night in that riverfront room. Definitely not worth that! Very sad about the whole experience. I may give it another try at some point due to my son being in the army, but not sure at this time.I moved back to the Holiday Inn Abrams Hall on Fort Benning. This hotel is also owned by IHG and was absolutely immaculate! Not the same amenities but a great nights sleep and CLEAN. So worth it and half the price. Most hotels ask for your feedback upon departure but Hotel Indigo didn't, I'm guessing they don't want to know. Please do better.
