- JBJon BaileyFeb 18, 20262.0Called for a mobility accessible king room. They had it for my dates and at a good rate and I was ready to book. I asked if it was river facing, 30 secs later she said no and I immediately replied that's fine, complete the booking, and she said oh your mobility accessible king has been sold to someone else and there are no king accessible rooms, then tried to upsell me. It is bad service to allow rooms to be taken from someone who is actively in the middle of booking it live with an agent and only asking an informational question about it.

The will apologize and say it’s a mistake but it’s happened to me both times I’ve stayed there (as well as others I know) and they still haven’t resolved the last one and it’s been 4 weeks. If you stay here, check ur bill and keep it when you leave. It’s unfortunate because it is nice other than that.
