    I had a wonderful stay. Most of the staff was pleasant and kind. The rooftop was a beautiful experience. I highly recommend! I love the ambiance.

    The staff here do not know there job. We have paid for the room and now they can’t get us checked in and having to wait over 30 minutes on a manager to approve for us to get a room. Very unprofessional

    HAD a reservation for Dec 19-21st. Received an email stating my reservation was cancelled today, the 16th. I did not cancel it, and the hotel would not tell me why or who it cancelled it. So i took my money elsewhere! I think I am entitled to an explanation from the hotel but whatever!

    “THE BEST “ Hotel to stay in . Everything was Great from Location to the service and rooms we had. Rooftop bar was a Plus. Food 👍🏼 and drinks A+ must try the river breeze .honestly makes you never want to leave the premises. My waitress at breakfast was Dominique was just Amazing . I was not feeling too well and she went above and beyond . she just makes you want to give her a Big hug. Definitely will come back to stay there . Thank you for making our stay so pleasant ♥️

    ★★★★☆ Food Was Fantastic, But the Rest… Not So Much – Denim & Oak (Columbus, GA) We stayed three nights over Thanksgiving weekend and ate dinner one night at Denim & Oak. The restaurant kitchen was the standout of the entire visit. My Thanksgiving turkey special was perfect: thick, juicy, herb-roasted turkey breast done exactly right. My wife’s smoked brisket was fall-apart tender with great smoke ring and bark. The crispy Brussels sprouts with bacon and balsamic glaze were so good we fought over the last bite. Big portions, hot food, reasonable prices—kitchen is an easy 5 stars. Our server was warm and attentive. The valet guys were the real MVPs of the stay—always smiling, remembered our names, cracked jokes, and genuinely made us feel welcome every single time we pulled up or left. Those guys alone almost bumped the whole hotel up a star. Everything else, unfortunately, was a letdown. The tall female bartender was consistently rude—no smile once in three days, acted like every request was a burden. Drinks arrived ten minutes after our food. Every time we asked for a simple cup of ice she sighed or snapped; the last morning she barked, “You have ice on your floor!” (7th floor—no ice machine on 6, 7, or 8). Housekeeping was shockingly lazy: - Spare roll of toilet paper sat on top of the holder the entire stay, never installed. - Requested two extra pillows—they were tossed on the hallway carpet outside our door, no plastic, no pillowcases, just sitting on the floor. - Trash overflowed, floors never vacuumed, zero restocking. The food is legitimately excellent and the valet team is awesome, but the bartender and housekeeping dragged everything else down hard. Kitchen & valets: 5 stars Valets: 5 stars Bartender & housekeeping: 0 stars Overall: a food-and-valet-carried 4 stars. We’ll happily come back for dinner (and to see the valet guys), but we’ll be booking a different hotel next time.
