    I booked two room on July.16 I wanted queen needs they only said they had kings available I call the front desk they said they had plenty of queens and I booked the room through Priceline He said he was the hotel manager and could change the kings to queens. When I arrived they asked for my credit card for incidentals. Upon returning home I saw they charged me for 4 room in stead of 2. The manager was no help so I disputed the additional charges. Be careful of this hotel.

    Room was clean, service at the desk was great, even the car valet team would consistently greet us when leaving or returning in any given day, and we didn’t valet. Breakfast at the restaurant onsite was better than average. Overall, great place to stay.

    Would give zero stars if I could. We had a party of 10 at the roof top bar. We arrived at around 9pm ate and drank with great service. Spent 1,000$+ the kitchen closed at 10pm. We continue to enjoy our time as friends. As the night progressed we got hungry again but didn’t want to leave because we love the atmosphere there. So we decided to get someone to bring us some tacos from a downtown vendor. When the tacos get there the very rude door guy proceeded to tell us no outdoor food allowed inside. Which I could understand if the kitchen was still open but it had closed and hour and a half prior. He was incredibly rude and combative when I asked to speak to a manager. Then stands over our table to make sure we don’t eat the tacos like a bully trying to bully 3 lady’s. I wanted to continue to spend money at your establishment on drinks but after being treated and bullied to leave by a doorman non the less I will never bring my money back to this location. And me and my party have lots of money to spend freely. I will gift that to a different establishment in the downtown area from now on.

    Incredibly nice hotel with friendly staff. The water pressure in the shower is excellent with plenty of hot water. The bathroom is perfect. I slept in a huge, comfortable bed with an amazing view on the 7th floor. The room was very clean. It's also the same floor as their bar, which is one of the best I've ever seen. What an incredible atmosphere! Super chill. I had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and it was five stars all the way. If you're in Columbus, Georgia for Fort Benning or for the breathtaking beauty of nature nearby, or even to ride the rapids of the Chattahoochee River, then this is where you need to stay. For sure one of the very best hotels I've ever stayed in.

    Nice hotel however they did not have our room available that we booked months in advance but was told we could move into it the next day. Talked with hotel manager the next morning and he confirmed he would have our room ready that afternoon when we returned and that he would keep our luggage safe in his office. Both were lies our luggage was were we left it in the lobby and they did not have the correct room for us but were able to save the room that we had stayed in the night before. The room was only a minor inconvenience being lied to and packing our bags up only to unpack them in the same room later was frustrating. The drink vouchers he gave us for the inconvenience were only good for beer as we found out after ordering cocktails. Food at the restaurant was mediocre and over priced.
